- This week's Aftermarket Part in Modern Warfare III is the JAK Volkh Kit for the KVD Enforcer Marksman Rifle as well as the KVD Inhibitor Sniper Rifle and in today's video, I wanted to dive deep into the stats and share a couple great setups to use with this kit! Sledgehammer please give us a Jak kit for the SO-14, turning it into the M1 Garand.
Dude this would be awesome. A fast fire rate low recoil 2 shot kill with only 8 rounds max that you can’t reload until the mag is empty and can’t put a suppressor on. That would be so much fun
what? the SO-14 is pretty much already the M1 Garand.... just a modernized version lol. The M1 Garand is what the SO-14 was back in WW2

I like it when we get kits for multiple weapons, really changes things up. I think the kit is fine for a high risk high reward gun, but maybe they could lower the burst delay to like 400 or 500ms if they wanna buff it
Yeah the delay is the only bad thing about it. It doesn't need to be that long to keep them in check. It tells me that they avoided making it too good like a lot of kits end up on release.

The Volkh kit brings the KVD Enforcer up to par for 6v6 while it brings the KV Inhibitor up to par for WZ, since it can 1 burst kill full armored enemies with chest shots.
ngl i was looking for a comment like this, since ace doens't do warzone content, i kinda wanted to know how these kits perform in warzone x'D
Seems most kits work well in WZ vs 6v6.
It can't kill with only body shots because for warzone as it is a separate game the balancing is different and it takes 3 shots to the body to kill otherwise with how fast it fires it'd be op, now if you hit a headshot and a body shot it might 1 burst
It does 112 damage to the body though. The head & neck both share a multiplier for up to 157 at closer, and 151 at long; so it would still be the only gun to 1-tap at any range. IBut this is assuming tge target can be hit with a 133 ms burst delay, the recoil is lowered enough, and the aim idle stability is kept low enough (or you need to hold breath). So it will be a unique build orientation as none of these things normally matter to warzone snipers
The enforcer is already the strongest dmr in 6v6 since the intercepter nerfs

The game has been lagging since the reloaded season, first 3 minutes are okay after that time lag starts, anyone got any problems with?
I've been having serious hitching issues since then yeah. The amount of times someone has slid into my screen only for the game to freeze and me to suddenly die is getting ridiculous.
This game has been laggy and had spotty hit detection for me since launch and it's barely gotten any better, if at all. I really hope Bo6 doesn't suffer the same fate...

I get basically "persistent lobbies at home" since at least 4 of the 12 also join my next lobbies (and no they aren't partied up)

I'd like to see testing and gameplay in ground war for the inhibitor. Does the burst make sniping at long ranges feel more consistent?
I agree that the JAK Volkh kit on the KV Inhibitor isn't great for multiplayer. However, if you take it to the firing range and put three plates on the dummies, you will see that a single 2 round burst will break armor and down the player as long as both bullets hit the torso, neck, or head. I don't know if it will be meta, but it sure could make for some fun enemy reactions in Warzone.

When you add for example a barrel that extends the effective damage range, does the 1 hit kill potential move up?
I find it bad on the enforcer because of the slow firerate, but on the inhibitor It can ignore the hitmaker but no kill chance and extend its range to infinite if you need 2 shots to hit the body anyways
If your aim is sloppy with the enforcer you can get a 3 shot kill whereas with the inhibitor you're guaranteed to get a one burst kill if both shots hit. I find the kit to be fun and viable but the burst delay is too long.
Is your TTK assuming that it takes three shots to kill if you miss the first burst?

I thought this was going to work like the AN-94/SVA hyperburst where it would be two shots incredibly quickly with no felt recoil until after the second, or more akin to the charge-up snipers from BO3 or Infinite Warfare.

True, but I think they went with the black ops 4 weapon approach. The weapon im mentioning is the DMR because in that game it had a feature for certain weapons called operator mods which are unique attachments for specific weapons. The dmr in BO 4 has a unique attachment that fires the weapon in a hyperburst fire setting, exactly like this aftermarket part

I do like the inhibitor burst as anti killstreak with incidenary rounds. Counter-uav gone in one burst

Does anyone know if any of the flashlight attachments have any positive effects other thansome sprint to fire improvements? Is there some kind of reduced visual effect against opponents?

Surprised you hate it on the inhibitor so much, I feel like that is the better of the 2 guns to run it on. It’s not uncommon to get hit markers with the inhibitor or miss the first shot and then you can always get the second shot to secure the kill. It’s kind of like a forgiving bolt action sniper. To each their own I guess!

With consistent/good aim you rarely get hit markers, so that’s not something he’s even thinking about since he’s a pretty good player with good aim. I have lots of kills with the KV, and hit
markers haven’t really been an issue.
@@personperson8563 I personally have a skill issue and don't always hit the chest. But even besides that I've missed the first shot due to player movement but the second shot ends up hitting. At range where you lose the one shot kill to the chest also benefits the kit as well. I've even had people lined up for the burst too. It's useful in certain scenarios. Not saying it's better than the base but I believe its a viable and fun alternative
I struggled getting the inhibitor in interstellar. I initially skipped it because getting the one shot kills was so inconsistent. This kit would have helped immensely.
You could also do hardcore, cuz on hardcore it's always a granted 1 shot kill.

Btw Ace, the Jak Intimidator got a buff, upping the rpm from 290 to 333.3

Agree. I get that was probably the balance factor for this kit, and that makes sense, but I think how long the delay is is too long so hopefully they do adjust it so that the delay is at least at an acceptable spot.

when I first heard "hyperburst KVD" I was hoping that it'd be an actual ~1000 RPM hyperburst with decreased damage to somewhat fit the standard fire rate and TTK
as it currently stands, this kit is single fire Renetti level bad imo
It's not even close to being as bad as the renetti kit lol
I mean yeah the other pistols are better, but the single fire renetti got a buff and it's actually halfway usable now.
Its okay on the sniper because it lowers flinch and you can get a much faster ads time than using the brace grip, which aces build failed to do.
A kit to make the m13b into 7.62 would b fun
I do think it has potential on the marksman rifle but the sniper version isn't necessary. I get they wanted to balance it with the delay after the initial burst, but I think they went too far on that so I think imo that they should scale back the delay down a bit by maybe 20 or 25% of what it is currently, that way the delay is more manageable

1st shot - 133ms - 2nd shot - 700ms delay - 3rd shot.
shouldn't same apply at 4:46 for 3-shot-kill be 892ms?
You have to add the fire time after the 2nd shot before the delay begins

honestly I have been having a ton of fun with it on the Enforcer. It is nowhere near as easy or consistent as the base gun, but the TTK potential is ridiculous and the ability to still one-shot to the head is good to make use of, especially if you miss the first shot of the burst. The Inhibitor has no place using it though, you're just wasting bullets unless people happen to be perfectly lined up with each other for an instant double kill, which you might see once every couple days
@@diamonddiancie4911 The inhibitor does have a place. If you hit stomach or miss the first shot the 2nd shot will save you. Happened to me a lot when using it

You know what gun i wish they would bring back? the NA-45 sniper rifle! That thing was dumb but if you knew how yo use it, that's why it got berfed into the ground in AW

Does anyone else feel like this seasons after market parts have kind of hit or miss? I like the Decimator, Requiem, and Scimitar. But the rest, like the .50 conversion for the M4, I just don't really see myself using. Hopefully the R8 conversion for the Basilisk will be fun.
Unpopular opinion: KV are my favorite Marksman & Snipers in MW3.
I was waiting for this aftermarket part because both of those guns are my favourite in multiplayer but on warzone KV Inhibitor is useless. But both of them with this part it's even more useless
I dont understand why they keep adding conversion kits that just make the guns worse. It feels like 50-75 percent of the time i try them once, discover they suck, and move on. Its like nothing actually got added.
Either that or it's completely broken, such as the bas b or haymaker kits

@FATCHQDE I don't play warzone though. I don't want an op amp I want a good amp that's viable to use in 6v6. It's pretty simple to deliver this.

It’s trash getting multiple kills is almost impossible lmao especially against decent players with good movement. Use it in the private match against bots that’s the only way it is viable and fun

I think this kit is gonna be very good on the marksman rifle because the base version is simply way too slow to stay on target and kill them. On the sniper tho, yeah it's worthless

I agree. I can see some potential with the marksman version, even if it is a high risk attachment. The sniper however is absolutely pointless unless you kit it with attachments to make it look like a marksman rifle with sniper power potential( it's doable but too risky)
@@LD-sx9pr if you look at how fast the 2 bursts are, it's actually faster than the base fire rate. The sniper one is where I'm scratching my head on because it makes no sense on that weapon. Only way I can see the sniper version be useful with the aftermarket part is if you use attachments on it to look like a marksman rifle with sniper level damage
@@gregoryosbun4141I find it useful since I tend to hit stomach shots. The base gun would be a hitmarker but the kit would be a kill since it fires 2 shots in quick succession.

It’s crazy to think that we get 8 after market Kits every season and we’re in season 4 now only 2 more seasons left yet most of the after market kits are useless and it is better to use base version instead.. the after market conversions have been a huge disappointment with the except of few to be honest.
