Here is some backstory for people who wanna know, so this guy, Phil was physically and emotionally abusing his wife, Ronnie. Sometimes he would hide her shoes so she couldn’t run away. Luckily Ronnie filed for divorce and this song it a threat to her. And the lyrics about the Christmas kids were an attempt at keeping her from leaving him.
When I heard this music, it made me think of Pokémon, like how back in the old days where everyone was excited to get Pokémon Red & Blue & the games were super fun, but then, years later, as new things were added, the 3 horsemen of infamous Pokémon, Vaporeon, Gardevoir, & Lopunny got their titles due to inappropriate art being made of the 3, with Vaporeon probably being the most infamous with the Vaporeon copypasta + the inappropriate art that's usually paired with the copypasta, & also, in Pokémon's competitive play, there's the iconic F.E.A.R duo of Rattata & Aron with Rattata being the most known but Aron being the most powerful, & there's other extremely powerful Pokémon like Azumarill, Metagross, Sylveon, Garchomp, Dragonite, etc. Especially the extremely bulky Pokémon like that one ruination Pokémon that has an unholy amount of bulk. It just ruins Pokémon in my opinion...
