Rusty there was a flood in Spanish Town last night. My brother was stuck in traffic for over an hour coming home last night. And the strange thing the rain barely fell in May Pen.
That heavy rain was “local” last night. I believe there is more widespread rain for the island coming up this weekend. -Rusty
