I grabbed this and Hadrian’s Wall as addons for Legacy of Yu. I haven’t tried it yet but your video is enough for me to get it out and set up. Well done!!
Very nice playthrough! Got the game yesterday and I wanted to make some rules clear, you were helpfull, thx. But! The drink is called kuMis 😁. It’s a fermented horse milk.
Excellent playthrough and explanation. However, at 13:50 you say one of the conditions for triggering game end is if only two Settlements remain; actually, it's two remaining Raid Spaces (each Settlement consists of two Raid Spaces). It doesn't matter whether the two remaining raid spaces are in the same settlement or two different ones.
@@OneStopCoopShop Page 10 of the rules has: "The game end is triggered when there is either only 2 Raid Spaces, or 2 Quests (faceup or facedown) left on the Main Board.
@@djintonic6485 You are 100% correct, there is a confirmation that the rules had an error in terminology from Shem: Yea, that was a terminology error in the rulebook. There's always something that gets missed. It's meant to be two raid spaces or two quests." Raid spaces not settlements. If it had been settlements you could theoretically trigger end game with 4 raid spaces remaining which would be weird!
Another excellent play through video. This is a fantastic solo experience. I love how quick and easy the AI is to run, yet, as you mentioned, gives the feel of an opponent. For this type of game, I greatly prefer that over a BYOS. Btw, what coins were you using? I have the metal coins for this one and didn’t recognize yours (although they are nice!)
Congratulations on the win, Colin! I have played this one once solo and it was a disaster thanks to my overlooking one rule. I really need to play it again! Thanks for the impetus - and the video.
Such a solid solo experience
100% agree!

Yessss!!!!
I really enjoy this one solo too. It was also the first game by this publisher that I picked up. I'm very late to the party. 😂
I was late too really enjoyed this one!
I just ordered this actually for solo play! Can’t wait for it.
Yes!!
So glad you did a video. I picked this game up about a month ago but haven't gotten to it yet.
Hope it helps you get it to the table!!

I played this 2 player a long time ago. Excited to see the solo mode!
Its a good one!!

Thanks! I'd have to relook but I feel it was settlements not raid spaces!

This a great solo game. One of my first solo games. Doesn’t get enough attention.
That's so cool!!
Nice AI concept. Looks like a fun game. Thanks
So simple! So good!
At 44:20 you said you can't pick up the grey worker, is this a rule or did you just not want to pick it up?

It's so good!! You know I'm not sure where those coins are from I just had them laying around haha!!
