Booked a hotel in New York a while back and all the time I thought I was talking to an American booking agent in New York. Only when I asked for his name (something I normally do when dealing with somebody whether it's on the phone or in person) that I found out that I was talking to a Filipino in Manila. Before that, I asked several questions about the hotel and the surrounding area. There was no pause or hesitation in his answers. He sounded very knowledgeable about the whole thing. I got curious and asked if he'd stayed in the hotel or been to New York himself and the answer was NO. I complimented him for an excellent customer service. I told him that he sounded like he knew the place like the back of his hand. I was really impressed and I got off the phone feeling proud. My kababayan doing an excellent job. Mabuhay! This is not being biased. Just giving credit where credit is due. I'm a Filipina living in Canada and every time we go to Tim Horton's, I know right away I'm getting a good and fast service when I see Filipinos behind the counters.
I have nothing against people from India. I had classmates and co-workers who were Indians. My children have Indian classmates and friends, too. I would say many of them are brilliant and hard-working. They are great in Math and Science. Kind but very competitive. Many of them in the U.S. are doctors. My Primary Care Physician is of Indian origin. She's such a fine lady. When it comes to talking with Customer Service Representatives from India, I think I have the same problem with anyone who is not used to their heavy accent. It is hard for me to understand what they were saying. Filipino Customer Service Reps have accents, too, but not that heavy. Occasionally, there are those who speak English fluently and without a hint of Filipino accent. Impressive! These are probably the ones whose parents talked to them in English when they were little, or were bookworms (I knew of one who was just 7 years old, would get a novel, lock herself in her room and read and graduated Summa Cum Laude), or listen to narratives on social media.
@@User5260jo When I read that part of your comment that says “lock herself in her room and read a novel “, I thought, “that’s me”. 😊 I’m now 63 years old and I started reading novels when I was 12 years (Barabara Cartland, Mills and Boons from my cousins). And English classics which my mom bought and some English magazines my dad subscribed from the US for free. I would read whole night until 9am. Next day my mom thought I was sick. Lol. I didn’t sleep. I kept reading until in college I was hooked on National Geographic. My school library had many earlier years issues. Anyway, that’s how I learned English. Not to sound cocky, but I speak English very well too (without accent).
I haven't met a Filipino who started working in the BPO industry with a long-term goal in mind of becoming a CEO in the same industry. BPO jobs for Filipinos are generally a quick fix right after college until they find their true calling. That should partly explain the high employee turnover and the lack of Filipino CEOs in that industry. The biggest conglomerates in the Philippines are headed by Filipinos.
Then you haven't meet me.. heheheh.. because I have already set a year where I am going to stop as employee. I don't want to be an employee all my life. I always tell myself that I should only be an employee until 30 years old and I have to shift from employee quadrant to employer/businessman quadrant. Though probably because of my inclination to business and MLM or network marketing...but I'm just using my employee experience now to learn and to earn. And Im almost there...
India's population is 14× bigger than the Philippines and there are a lot of Indian's who are educated abroad such as UK. These Indians are the one occupying the executive positions. But, most BPOs in the Philippines the top position is occupied by Filipinos. Unlike before wherein it is lead by expat.
A proud husband of a hardworking wife. she's been in BPO for 15 years from an entry level job to now a senior director with a global responsibility. She used to report to an Indian boss, now she shares the same lateral position.
I'm currently working for a BPO company as a technical chat representative for Microsoft. What I have noticed between the Indian and Filipino advocates is that Indians tend to be process driven and goes through the issue by following the linear process, they are cold and firm. Filipinos on the other hand are more empathetic and customer oriented-the interaction feels more genuine and workarounds are usually done to resolve issues. Indians are better on the technical skills side but Filipinos have better interpersonal communication skills.
Worked in the BPO for more than a decade here in the Philippines. Was on my way to the top of the ladder but decided not to proceed as I realized I should value my well being more, and that what's happened to most of my BPO friends as well.
Indian: I am the ‘brains’ of your company. Filipino: I am the ‘heart’ that supports life of your company. Me: Technology will create the best AI but can’t substitute the caring heart of the Filipino worker. “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.” Nelson Mandela
Customer thinking : I wish I got a hybrid of a Filipino with heart to listen and empathize and the brains of an Indian to solve the problem quickly. Above is a rebuttal to the original commenter. Do not take it heart. ❤️ to Phillipines
I am so encouraged seeing in the comments the mutual respect that filipinos and Indians are expressing for each other!! Wishing both people and cultures success and prosperity!
Both are Great Nations, that highly value culture. And, Both are highly competitive in the global markets. I am a Filipino, and I say it is always best to have a healthy competition. I will give my full heart and undying service to my country. But, I will always give my high Respect to the Indians as they are equally hard working and noble people of the world. I don't even consider them as friend. I consider them as Brothers! Salute! to Both India and The Philippines.
Atleast one filipino gave positive comment , look at the comment section how disrespectful your country people are toward Indians ,thank you brother :)
Yeah, this is true, indians are highly skilled in IT, I used to work with them in the IT industry. The only problem is they are not so accommodating and sometimes their work is problematic. On the other hand Filipinos are accommodating, know how to communicate better with clients and are very easy to deal with which gives them an edge, but Filipinos are technical too don't underestimate them and their work ethic is better. Also, Filipino's work is of high quality
There is just a lot of them, India graduates about 1.5 million ITs a year while the Philippines only have about 40,000 so it stands to reason that having a lot bigger pool of talents, their IT industry will be thriving and developing way better. The Philippines is an uncoordinated industry, more by individual effort and the best of them is probably working abroad. The Philippines don't really have IT industry like the indian's.
As a Filipino who have worked side by side with Indians and Pakistanis i would say the work ethic part is very true, Also true that there are some exceptional people as well.
I don't think the goal of most Filipinos is to be CEO of a BPO. Its where you work while finding your true passion in life, or where you build your skill before offering yourself directly to companies, as self employed like virtual assistant, and just work from home permanently without a big company in between to manage you. OFC most executives are Indian because it was very big before in India, before Philippines. Most BPO in Philippines were started by their trusted or executives from India.
So true the BPO industry generates so much stress. Then again there are some fiery love affairs and adultery here and there. Then your enemies are my enemies mentallity then power tripping bosses but the problem is actually them breaking the already working workflow. Then some junkies with non qualifying skills have higher position because he/she knows how to s@ck the OMs deek. So I opted to try a different type of work which is better. Alam mo na ung mga sipsip at magaling manira ng kapwa para lang mapromote.
Working in the contact center and IT industry for almost 20 years, I observed that India based workers are very good when it comes to process compliance so good that on the downside is they tend not to be flexible when put in a situation that doesnt fall within the process. Filipinos on the other hand are the opposite and is not very process compliant but tends to be very flexible when put in a situation that deviates from their processes which allows them to adapt and go beyond their duty and able to solve problems quicker at times.
I've been a trainer for BPOs for years. I've trained people from almost all continents and what you say actually is true. My god trying to get Filipino trainees not to fuck up a process is a chore. But when it works, it works...
Imagine if both PH and IND combine forces to learn from each other, the BPO industry can just grow even further with quality, responsiveness to needs, leading to increased but competing pricing, hence wages for BPO employees.
Our company here in Australia used to employ Indians for outsourced voice CS. Then our email based CS division gets bombarded with emails like “they sound like a scammer”, “I don’t understand what they’re saying”, “please connect me to a native speaker” Then we decided to move our outsourcing to the Philippines and magically, the complaints were gone. I’d say hands down Philippines! One of the best people out there, willing to go beyond what is expected of them. In technical aspect as well, based on my experience, Filipinos are more adept. So the stereotype that “hire Indians for technical things” does not apply.
i used to have an indian friend back in college. he was one of the nicest people I know. he was very friendly and he was not greedy. he bought me food and drinks wish Kept touch and didn't lose his number
Proud filipino here even though im just a high school graduate but i can communicate in english very well some people asking me if what was my profession back when i was in philippines .and i just told them no i didnt even have college degree just a secondary school ,my english is quite fluent but i would say i am more in conversationalist type of a person .
Thanks for sharing this, I believe that there are Filipinos that digging more into Technical such as WebDev and programmer, the only reason that they are not recognized outside my country because they are happy with salary now. More power to you!
I started BPO in 2007, and was able to assist customers from the US, Canada, UK and now Australia. I definitely agree with this video. Great content! ❤️
same here, 2007 was the year I started and stayed in ITO-BPO industry until last year. Now, my wife and I are here in US and both working in healthcare industry.
As an IT from the Philippines. I totally agree that India is just better at technical stuff. Heck, until now I even watch indian youtube channels if I forget how to do stuff, I just have to rewind it back if the accent gets too thick, but the important thing is that they know how to do it, and do it well. So I have to give thanks to our indian brothers out there in the tech department.
Totally agree, i am an India, and i am a hairstylist, but still i have a bachelor degree in Computer Application. so ya you want software and engineering goods come to India.
I'm from the Philippines but my roots is India. Many thought I'm from India because I look more Indian than a Filipino, and then, with a Spanish name. I agree on the results as I worked in BPO for years and currently a Real time analyst.
As a Filipino nurse working in the US. I could say I love my Indian co workers I think they are smart and very talented. And that Filipinos and Indians are good friends :D
I’ve handled trainings for partners from India and one of the best things about them (sometimes) is they tend to bend protocols to achieve an objective. From a filipino perspective tho, we are underprivileged in some ways especially health-wise.
i work for a BPO company for over 6 months and consistently achieve best level of most of my metrics, my experience in real world business and my educational achievements help me achieve those levels it's like iam a NBA player going back to play in the collegiate level i'm looking forward to try to go back into the BPO labor force later this year
I have lots of Indian friends and they all asked me why I say Thank You on everything even for simple things like answered my question, said something nice, or passed a paper to me, etc. I said because if one did something for me no matter how small it is I should express gratitude for it. They were rather surprised because, they said, in India it’s different because most of the time they only ever say Thank You to you if it’s a big deal or a life or death situation.
Actually it's true, if somebody is asking u not to say thanks that means u r clearly very close to them. We consider saying thanks as formality most of the times. There is no sorry and thank u in frndships.
@@apoorvashekhawat6741 In the Philippines, those people that are close enough that you may not bother thanking them is your family and maybe your very very close friends...and still we still thank them in instances. Saying thank you is always a positive and not a negative.
Ia m a Filipino and as a software developer, most of the Indians that I worked with were really good. They work faster and smarter than some of my Filipino colleagues. They have this thinking of "making the software better" while some of my fellow Filipinos have a thinking of "just get the work done and get paid". This is ofcourse subjective but this is by far my experience.
A fair comparison. I once worked in a British account and one of our comm trainer was an Indian. I still carry with me that RP accent. And I admire how they embrace their culture even abroad by simply wearing traditional dresses. Am yet to hear/see a Pilipino trainer doing similar abroad.😊
If you're tired of working and you need a vacation, Go to Philippines!! lots of Beautiful destinations, lots of relaxing views like beach, rivers, and food trip.. It's more fun in the Philippines.
About the companies partnered with the 2 countries have huge difference based on the fact that BPO industry in the Philippines is relatively new compared to India, they are definitely considered the seniors.
During the typhoon yolanda in the Philippines: My team leader texted me: where the hell are you?!! your shift will start in few minutes! Me: im on my way TL... just 500 meters more to swim and 3-4 waves of flying debris to evade 😂
As a customer, I hate it when I get transferred to Indian call center. They are very rude, and are not very helpful; they seem to just stick with what the computer tells them to do. I always have to ask for a manager or someone higher who knows what they are doing. They also don’t seem to understand the issues I explain to them. The call centers from the Philippines have better customer service and are more accommodating. They are happier too. They know how to solve issues and compromise and work with the problem.
@rocksanup3553 I don't want India to wipe out the industry of any country. Both countries should have a healthy competition and bilateral cooperation. I'm an Indian as well!!
I work with a lot of Indian IT, while yes there are a lot of good IT people there, there are also a lot of people who don't know what they are doing,... like they are a manager or Level 3 IT and they don't know what's happening..they are not all that.
this is accurate af. although I'm a Filipino in the IT Industry. I agree that if you look at maybe top 10% of IT resources, India has most of them, the problem is at the bottom, India is also in majority. It is a common knowledge in our industry that Indian analyst and/or developer would most likely be a problem. Not because they are not technically good, but because they lack communication skills in both speaking and understanding. This is based on my experience of course.
big thanks to the BPO companies here in the Philippines.. because of you guys, we tend to support our studies and continue our dreams. I started my journey in a BPO company after graduating high school to support my study till I graduated from college and became a CPA.. and currently managing my own business as well.. but I tell you.. Indians are way brainy compared to Filipinos.. it's just that Filipinos always put our hearts into everything we do.. we don't just say it.. we do it and it reflects to the number of repeat clients we're getting every time..
Filipinos are willing to go the extra mile (work extra hour just to finish their task. Indians (sorry to say) are calculative. Generally speaking, not flexible.
I beg to disagree. Filipinos have common sense and think always outside of the box. Can't you see the resolving rate of each BPO company? Hearts don't have to do with it.
Filipinos was trained in school for 18 to 23 years to become a good or excellent employee. No one teaches them in school how to become a CEO, business owner, or to make money using their own money. If some of them dreamed to become a CEO their own race will pull her or him down or make fun of. That is why most of them moved our of their own country to look for a better opportunity.
The City of Los Angeles, in California have so many Filipino engineers as employees (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Geodesic) working for the City. The newly-expanded Los Angeles World Airports (LAX) have tapped Filipino Engineers in the major construction, from the ground up. Some have already retired after stepping up to the upper management level.
I agree with the culture part. I (FIL) works with a company and we have IND people too in the same department. There are IND Holidays where most of them are not available. Meanwhile, in PH, local holidays are ignored. Not always a good thing. Ive gotten used to it.
@@calebsmith254 so if you are a Christian and the holiday is catered for Chinese and Islam, is one still neglecting one’s culture? Point being: there are varieties of cultures and religions in PH that the government has catered holidays for each…. And let’s be honest, a number of those employees who did not work during the holidays did not really attend to their cultural obligations, so they are neglecting their cultures as well…. And your use of “race” is problematic. Because Indians and Filipinos belong to the same race.
@@johnrosskc May difference pa rin. Mga indians di papayag na di maisagawa ang kultura nila, habang mga Pilipino, alipin ng pera. Pumapayag sa mga rules ng ibang lahi para lang di umalis ang business. I admire the indians for being resilient and NOT bowing to a foreign power. That's true pride. That's the difference.
I started as a BPO rep in 2004 and climbed my career up to being a Manufacturing Executions Systems engineer. I have been deployed to differrent states in the USA. In the country where I am permanently working now, DISCRIMINATION would prevent you from climbing up the ladder further because locals do not want Filipinos to be ahead of them. I don't have an option but to let them do what they want, work solo, and feel happy that I am getting paid way higher than my PHL salary. I prefer working with Indian engineers because they are really smart and super soft-spoken people.
I think the point of the video is why is Filipino allowing barriers like discrimination to stop them while Indian, who also face the same discrimination from Whites are not discouraged and proceed with going for executive positions. Filipinos simply have thinner skin and more sensitive feelings compared to Indians.
Hahaha. American, European and Hispanic accounts are like this. Don't matter if you have godlike performance, you're not from the same country, you stay below us even if someone above you is a f*cking idiot but he/she is in his/her country. Hahahaha.
I've been serving the BPO industry for almost 5 years. The first 4 years I was in an eCommerce platform, and I only answer to emails. 1 year of taking phone calls for a well known productivity tool as a Tech Support during the lockdown. 9 months and counting, I currently work for a Pharmaceutical Company as an HR Specialist. I'm a Filipino - born and raised Manileño, the only problem in my country is that the one they're looking for offices around the metro? Those who have working experience rather than the fresh graduates. I was a fresh graduate in College back in 2014, but this industry paved the way for me. I get to work with different walks of life, different backgrounds, doesn't matter what their color is, their religion & ethnicity as long as we get along through the day. Yes, we admit there are still racial stereotypes for our Indian friends, it will be a never ending issue and I get to work with them previously. In my previous program, both of my Operations Manager and Senior Ops. Manager were Indians, and in just one snap I was able to understand their accent.
When it comes to IT it really depends on what you are looking for. I have been working in the IT industry for decades abd worked with international developers. Indians in general can solve problems relatively quickly. The problem comes once you have to maintain the software. So in simple terms indians are excellent programmers but filipinos in general are better software engineers.
Worked at BPO twice now. And I developed a customer service voice in a snap. Partly because I actually don't like talking on the phone. So it's like an alter ego.
that resiliency of going to work during desasters(Fire, Earthquake, Typhoon) are spot on a Filipino trait... we even have memes of people submerge in flood going work, it is just a meme, but the message that we can continue to work during adversities are badass compare anywhere else in the globe.
12:55 my opinion differs from this. Let me share something funny. I once worked in a BPO company we have an account which accommodates technical, customer service and sales. Once some technical issues gets difficult to solve we tend to connect the call over to higher technical support and they are from India however when Indians can't resolved one technical concern they connect calls to us whom they refer to as higher technical support. So my point is, there technical concerns that cannot be resolved by Indians rep that we Filipinos can though it is important to note as well that I worked not as a regular agent during that time but a top tier one 😅
What bullshit !! Tell me what company you work for ? Let me see that for myself. As a Filipino iv always seen 95% Indians on the high table and a few Filipinos too !!
The Good thing about Indians is they help their own people like promotions if bosses are Indians.. If bosses are Filipino, they will drag their own people as much as they can.. This is the major issues that Filipino experiences abroad..
This is very accurate... Our level 2 TSRs are mainly from India... Theyre indeed top notch in technical category... On the other hand, their work ethics lack finesse..
Yes India have better I.T. infrastructure but that doesn't add up to the conclusion that Indians are better with any programming related skills. I believe Filipinos are more critical thinkers and has better ability to forsee the problems sooner than later. There are many clients (programmer too) that can verify this.
In my own opinion, India not really good...most of the people in India are uneducated...how the youtuber call them good in terms of speaking English...
If Filipinos are more critical minded than the indians in IT, then why don't we have a single Filipino CEO in the top 50 technology company in the world? Let's just accept the fact that our government have not made software engineering and more technical IT stuffs a priority. The Philippines banked on our english proficiency to dominate the front office such as contact center. However, I've seen a growing interest in software development among Filipinos although it will take a long while for us to make a big impact in the global arena like the Indians.
this isn’t true I’m from philippines and I would rather go with india when it comes to IT infrastructure filipino are just only good with taking a conversation but not really in action
I agree about India having an advantage in terms of IT infrastructures but I disagree that India having more technical skills than the Philippines as most of our skilled workers such IT professional and hardcore engineers in different fields are working abroad. In fact, Philippines is currently suffering from professional drain that led most companies to offer OFW the same salary offered abroad just to return and work in the Philippines. I've been working abroad for more than 20 years and offered multiple times by local companies to match my salary abroad and I accepted it but I resigned and back to work abroad. My reason? Traffic😄.. Traffic in EDSA going to Makati by car is so terrible. I gave up after 3 weeks working and return abroad.
@@rap3208 Unfortunately, I have to agree with you. I have worked Indian colleagues abroad too. But your population is 10x more than the Philippines, So more technical skilled workers still available in your country that make it attractive for investors than Philippines.

Filipinos are more analytical and better in communication and comprehension. We think outside the box. Indians, on the other hand, only follow what's in the SOPs. But they are way better in technical stuff. I noticed that they are more confident in speaking English, but Filipinos sound better.
Not saying where I work for, but I engage with both Filipinos and Indians working for BPOs, and I always pull my hairs out when it comes to our Indian counterparts.
Our client switched to indian based designers because they were cheaper. They came back to us just to drown us with revision because there were a lot of mistakes.
all those Filipino you've mentioned are comedians of course they would have use the heavy Filipino accent, because that's from our mothers and fathers before but if you have heard modern day Filipinos especially young ones the heavy accent is very little to notice.
In general, Filipinos are better at soft skills, customer service, communication, marketing, creative design, and all that. Indians are better at hard skills, engineering, sciences, corporate finance, and business formation.
This might be a little far from the message of the video, but I worked in the BPO for more than a decade. It helped me save money to help pay for my parent's house, I was also able to pay for my own but it's something that I couldn't do forever. The nightshift alone can make you go crazy. Social life, well, I didn't care about that till I got married. It's enabled me to do a lot of things but the stress, the customers, it took a toll on my mental health. I got out of there and ain't going back.
I am from Philippines but I beg to disagree. Despite the aforementioned level of competency of these people from India, it should not have been the things to directly jump into conclusive statement. They, in fact, have a lot of things to offer. I'm sending my support and affection to Indian people. -From Philippines.
In the Philippines high school/college under grad/graduate. If you are going to pass the high standards of call center you are ready to be train and be employed.
just being fair i work for the bpo and i have to agree with the content for soft skills and cs choose ph but for in depth i.t solutions choose india. they were taught heavy mathematics during elementary and more on technology as they go to college.
I have been working in the bpo indsutry for almost 13yrs, inbound for 11years. Though i am a filipino, i can very much attest to the fact that indians are very smart. They work smart. IT / tech wise they are really good. Everytime i receive a call from customers/client and they begin to talk down on indians because of their accent i always defend our indians counterpart. After all, customers/clients always complain about csr accents, regardless of ones origin With regard to top executive positions dominated by indians, this is true. But all i can say is that based on experience they're focus on saving. Low pay grade for their frontlines but with added work/task. Efficiency + savings = great performance which also equate to Promotion Frontline employees = basically burnt out, less salary, stressed
No question Professional Versatility goes to India. They know how to do the job done even to the detriment of a co employee. I'm sure every professional knows the character required for a CEO. Filipino on the other hand blossoms in the caring industry.
hmmm technicality and creativity I guess we Filipino play a very important part and development too.Let me ask you, Do you know who invented the micro chip? yes where the processor sits, thats a Filipino invention.
one time ago my employer Portuguese had a conversation with some Indian knocking our door to fixed something like AC problem and my employer called me talked to the Indian because she couldn’t understand them, after a second of conversation with them i was still confused what was they trying to explain until my employer given up and told them to comeback another day. their words was very difficult to understand even i was trying them to repeat some words but stil couldn’t understand.
They try to put pilipino on down while India trying to put up and the people must respect them because they can speak good in English...that the big slap on our face...come here Indiana magkadama Kato rito sa saudi and you will know who can speak English...I noticed that the American people if they are rich they married Indian while if they can't afford they they married pilipina why?!..because they have own maid...namasura na!
so many times I lost money, had too much stress and frustrations talking to these Indian agents. all they gave me were headaches. I even experienced flight delays because of them. they are weak in comprehension, they will mislead you and will not give you options, they dont know what they are talking about. These are the reasons why I do not want to talk to Indian agents again and whenever I call for services, first thing I will tell is "please I want to talk to a Filipino agent". Filipino agents are not only clear in their words but they are giving me options and most importantly, they do not mislead me and I always commending them for those. I can feel Filipino agents' concern every time I need services.
probably talked to some low quality tech support agents from "microsoft'' then if thats been your experience. Sure I'll admit there are many agents that these western companies hire who are not upto the mark per say in terms of their helpfulness and comprehension but as someone who lives in india I wont say thats the majority even in the slightest, theres plenty of people here who are actually qualified and know what they are doing here and can help you as well as your "superior" filipino agents too same way theres people in the philipines who I had experience talking to for tech support have the comprehension of those infamous tech support scammers people abroad keep cribbing about but somehow have an even worse accent and mic quality then the average village tech support scammer who talks on a 2009 nokia cellphone here lol. The statement you made seems almost low key racist considering how judgemental you seem to be about the race of the agent your talking to
Thank you for the compliment as a customer service representative myself in the Philippines we are so delighted to hear how satisfied our customers are❤️
Booked a hotel in New York a while back and all the time I thought I was talking to an American booking agent in New York. Mabuhay!

Then you haven't meet me.. heheheh.. because I have already set a year where I am going to stop as employee. I don't want to be an employee all my life. wow! How i wish i can work like you and your wife sir, kudos to all the BPO workers!

Our company here in Australia used to employ Indians for outsourced voice CS. Then our email based CS division gets bombarded with emails like
“they sound like a scammer”,
“I don’t understand what they’re saying”,

Filipinos was trained in school for 18 to 23 years to become a good or excellent employee. No one teaches them in school how to become a CEO, business owner, or to make money using their own money. If some of them dreamed to become a CEO their own race will pull her or him down or make fun of. That is why most of them moved our of their own country to look for a better opportunity.

India is known for scam centers. Infrastructure is just similar with Phil. BPOs

This might be a little far from the message of the video, but I worked in the BPO for more than a decade. Great video! Informative and very accurate! You gained a new subscriber 😊🙌
so many times I lost money, had too much stress and frustrations talking to these Indian agents. all they gave me were headaches.
The statement you made seems almost low key racist considering how judgemental you seem to be about the race of the agent your talking to
Thank you for the compliment as a customer service representative myself in the Philippines we are so delighted to hear how satisfied our customers are❤️
Thanks!! That's so true.
Don't spread lie u will go to hell
Very true! When I talk to agents from India, they gave me headaches. Their accent is so hard and it makes communication difficult.
