I just got my Kayali Vanilla Royale sugared patchouli...... I AM OBSESSED! I have been searching for my perfect fume! Been a long road. I received this and Juliette has a gun Vanilla Vibes, love both, bit this is BEYOND AMAZING. I get sugared patchouli the most and it is what I have been longing for for many, many years! Definitely going to stock up!
This one seems to be a love or hate scent with no in between. For me it’s a hate. To my nose it is cough medicine mixed with cigarette smoke. I returned mine yesterday and while I was at Sephora there was another person returning theirs saying the same. The sales associate said it was the most quickly returned fragrance she has ever experienced. I own all the Kayali fragrances so it hurt my heart to return this one, the bottle is stunning.

Oh no! I’m so sorry it didn’t work out for you, definitely with that description I can see why you wouldn’t want to have it in your collection. It is not the best smell concoction ever lol, that is so rare and it’s so funny how fragrances they definitely react differently on different skins . @@k.v.2987 Sephora here in the US will take it back if it has been opened/sprayed. Actually most places that sell fragrances here will let you return them

I did return 2 kayali vanilla 28 and The fruity one, I own 3: sweet diamond pink pepper, utopia vanilla Coco and invite only Amber, I ordered this one and travel size
It really is a nice fragrance, to me definitely top 3 out the brand

I absolutely love the new vanilla Royal, I actually like it better then vanilla 28, because of the complexity & niche like!! So glad I bought this, was bit nervous due to blind buying. I never buy another big bottle for back up, but definitely buying a 100ml backup for this one!🥰👌🏼👌🏼🔥🔥

I’m still waiting for a stronger deeper vanilla 28 👀👀👀👀 but this one is lovely. At first, I didn’t know if I’d even like it and thought about returning it but gave it a few more tries and it grew on me. I layered them both and it gave me kinda what I was expecting it to smell like. I like it more to layer with the vanilla 28 and will probably just do that moving forward.
🤣🤣 I totally understand what you mean I was on the same boat I was so confused, I was going to return it but then I just really gave it a fair chance and I love it now, you know what I have noticed that when I want to add vanilla to a fragrance and vanilla 28 is not strong enough are use instead hundred silent ways by Nishane for some reason that is coming through very vanilla and it has incredible performance so give that a shot when you lay your fragrances if you have that fragrance handy.

As soon as it released, I grabbed a 100ml. I knew I’d love it and I wasn’t wrong! It was a love at first sniff for me. The Oud and patchouli are very sweet and not dirty on me. I love love love it. I hope they keep it as a permanent addition to the house. It lasted 24 hours on my clothes 😅 which is insane for me.
That is definitely insane over 24 hours on your clothes!! 😳 amazing! I love it to Amanda, I was scared when I first smelled it but when I give it a fair shot I can’t live without it I think it’s a really good one.

I love aoud and I also blend many parfums with vanillas.
It’s just such a good combination it’s hard to fail and the longevity and sillage is so incredible 🥰
I bought a travel size. I agree with the opening ( l don’t enjoy patchouli), but after it settles on my skin is beautiful ❤…. I think you have to give it some time, l found it very sexy 😊
It really is pretty sexy when it dries down, but you can also layer them with anything that is sweet and very vanilla and it kills any trace of the patchouly 🥰

Hope you enjoy my videos and consider subscribing, I would say that vanilla milk is 100% different than vanilla royale, I’ve had such high hopes for vanilla milk I’m not sure if you saw my review on it. Unfortunately vanilla milk is not a pretty fragrance to my taste.
Vanilla royale is a lot sexier deeper sweeter definitely a dressy fragrance as for vanilla milk is more of a laid-back casual fragrance.
I have such high hopes for vanilla milk I thought it was going to be sweet, and fluffy and just super cozy but to me it smelled like non-sweet boiled milk 😭😭
I’m not sure if it smells different on other people but on me it was just not good, the great thing about vanilla royale is you can always pass by a Sephora location if you have one nearby and smell vanilla royale before buying it or if you get it online I left Sephora links on the descriptions and they have a grade return policy in case you don’t like it

I absolutely love this too! To me I really smell the dna of vanilla 28, just deeper, with that rum patchouli. I didn’t love it at first sniff either, but it turned so incredibly beautiful.
It seems like some people are picking up the vanilla 20 A-DNA more than others, that is amazing that you happen to be one of those! This is really a beautiful fragrance and although at first I was a little bit confused by it I am so happy I have it now in my collection it is gorgeous and I think it’s going to be ideal for the upcoming festivities. I'm in absolute love with this fragrence!!! I was up as soon as it released and didn't buy just 1 but 2 100ml bottles!! When I first sprayed it I didn't know so I put I down and didn't touch it for several hours then tried again and the more I sprayed it the more I feel head over heels for it!! It isn't vanilla 28 but like you said it has the DNA but the longer it stays on my skin the more vanilla 28 actually comes through and I love that but overall I love that it is its own scent because it's now a holy grail vanilla along with vanilla 28!! So glad I got 2 bottles cause I don't want to go without it so I hope she makes it permanent !!!!
Jennifer I feel the exact same way, now that I gave it some time it really is one of our top vanillas, I feel that once we let the bottle sit for a little bit the vanilla is gonna age just like vanilla 28 and it’s gonna get sweeter and then he’s gonna get even better I can’t wait for that!!!

It’s a great fragrance to layer with vanilla 28 for sure, I also layered it with 100 silent ways by Nishane and it was stunning. I also feel that this fragrance is going to get sweeter, the same vanilla 28 gets darker and Boozier and sweeter with time as a vanilla ages, I feel this one is going to do the same and I cannot wait for it I feel that it’s going to smell amazing.

Yesssss!!! Nest Vanilla Madagascar fragrance oil "Nest" level lol. It will elevate any sweet 🧁 gourmand fragrance you have or add a bit of sweetness to any fragrance that needs it. It's a gem for sure!! I waited almost 2 years to get it.
I would go to Sephora often to sample it B4 I could actually cross it off my list. I will be getting tons of backups 💗
I agree. The opening is not for me. The dry down is where the magic happens. A super intense Vanilla 28 for me.

Oh my God Janice how exciting I’m so happy that you were able to save the fragrance and try it with vanilla 28, I think that not only been able 28 is a good one to layer vanilla royal but also if you have any sweet florals and you want to add a touch of mystery you can layer those two as well. Someone said the patchouli comes off as cardamom and I LOVE cardamom. I ordered the 50 ml just to be safe. This will be my 3rd kayali fragrance and I’m excited!

Great review! I got it today and immediately opened the box and sprayed it on me, it reminded me of Nishane Ani. I’m not mad I like it but it’s not a love at the moment.
It’s so funny you say that Rosy because when I was saying that on my skin it has a little bit of a medicinal touch that’s the first thing I thought, Annie because Annie also on my skin has a little bit of a medicinal touch but in the best possible way, thank you so much for sharing your thoughts I’m so happy you enjoy the fragrance. Now that I’ve been wearing for a couple of days I’m starting to love it. The opening definitely reminds me of Ani but after it turns into something different. I can definitely smell Vanilla 28 in the dry down. 😍

I wish she would have used sugared candle wood or something. Not patchouli 😕. With that said it’s still gorgeous and I’m letting my bottle sit for a while and I’m playing with it. I want to love it. The Mointy patchouli tho is a lot…..

Oh you know it was coming! I New vanilla from Callie we definitely have to make a review lol thank you so much for the support and love for my channel I really appreciate you
I think many interpreted the marketing incorrectly. This wasn’t supposed to be a flanker to Vanilla 28 nor a stronger version of it like an extrait version. My interpretation was that this was going to be a more complex vanilla and that’s exactly what it is. To my nose in the dry down, this is another vanilla floral and smells like a light and more tolerable, less cloying version of Valentino Donna Born in Roma in the dry down with an added patchouli note. That’s it. Pretty enough to keep since I don’t enjoy those typical fruity florals. Also, the oud is barely there and likely synthetic to my nose.
You’re 100% right this wasn’t supposed to be a flanker of vanilla 28, I guess it was just the hopes that we had on potentially having a deeper stronger vanilla 28. I really enjoy this fragrance and as I mentioned in the video I really hope they keep it permanently I think it’s a great fragrance to have in the line.
@@Moraima_Buonafede I actually enjoyed it and think it’ll be a good one for layering. For a stronger vanilla-I like Nee’mah, Laya (and can actually detect the Oud) and Penhaligon’s Bewitching Yasmin.
To me vanilla 28 is very dull, just no character. However the vanilla royale is beautiful and unique however the projection isn't impressive still nor the sillage. I do smell it on my clothes but no one can smell it on me, not the same reaction as oud bouquet.
I can definitely understand where you’re coming from Jessica, Oud Bouquet is a beast of a fragrance and it’s very hard to beat that projection.

I don't like it at all. It smells like Mugler Muse in a much mellow way. The projection on my skin does not exist. 😫

I got a travel size of this, I didn't like it. It didn't smell nice on me. Gave it to my husband for him to try out as I felt that it was a more masculine scent. BAD. IDEA. It smells gorgeous on him, I catch a whiff of it every time he passes by and it drives me ABSOLUTELY CRAZY. I think this is a great scent on men. But be warned ladies, your panties might drop.

It’s the worst fragrance I’ve ever smelled. It’s straight up dirty patchouli. So if anyone despises dirty patchouli avoid it like the plague. I had to launder my shirt four times to get the smell out. I don’t e er want to smell it again. Lol
😱😱 oh my God Amy I’m so sorry this fragrance is stop working out for you. It’s funny I don’t like patchouly at all and although I can smell it a little bit I don’t smell it as strong.
I have to admit that the opening is not as beautiful as the drive down in my opinion, it’s funny to see your reaction because that’s exactly the same reaction I have for love fest the last fragrance they came out with I could not stand that fragrance 😂😂 and so many people were praising it 😂
