To explain this chara is a major character and incredibly strong also helps that they are one of the only 3 seen humans!
This seems like a threat, but we can’t forget how durable Pokémon are, Especially the rock and steel types. A knife wouldn’t do much if you think about it.
Yeah, but we don't actually know what SOUL trait Chara had, so if they had Integrity, Justice, Patience, or Bravery, that's a real threat to any pokemon.

@@vincere4591 yes, because Chara follows the name you pick for your character. Think about it, you generally pick the exact same name. Chara is "the demon that comes when its name is said". When you pick _your_ character's name in an RPG and level-grind enemies, that's "the demon" slaughtering as many things as it can with the sole-minded purpose of becoming more and more powerful. Chara literally meant to completely destroy Undertale itself and move along to the next game to power through everything

I feel as the first Pokémon should be an Eevee in reference to Frisk, but the Eevee has a focus band to reference them staying determined (even like the Asriel boss fight “But it refused!”), if you want you could say the Eevee has a lot more of defense, attack, and hp than normal

When Chara said to move on to the next world I didn't expect it would be the Pokemon world. I don't mind her, she got a banger of a song
Every Pokemon on Chara's entire team has only "Cut" as their attack but they're all max-leveled and set up to hit insanely hard
The only problem with that is that Cut is Normal type and Ghost types are immune to Normal type damage so if they only used Cut then a single Ghost type pokemon could cheese the whole fight.

@@alolanexeggutor1010 Scrappy only makes normal and fighting moves hit ghost. it's also not that common, only found on 15 pokemon, including hidden abilities and Mega Lopunny. even with this, rock and steel pokemon can still resist normal type attacks like cut.

All these rips with Megalo Strike Back gave me an amazing idea for a game. Undertale - SAVE the Multiverse. Over countless genocide routes and sans's messages starting to get across to them, Frisk finally accepts their wrongs and wants to fix everything. Chara, the owner of Frisk's soul on the other hand has none of that, and continues on a path of destruction. In order to stop them, you team with sans, hopping across different videogame universes in an effort to put an end to Chara once and for all.
I get it, feverdream af, but you cant deny that even with possible inconsistencies that would be one hell of a game.
I also would admit that the idea takes inspiration from multiple sources, these songs ofc, and kingdom hearts and the touhou undertale videos lol.
The timing of this comment is amazing because I'm writing and working on some multiversal stuff. In general, I'm a huge fan of multiverse plots.

#4: their starter (type WILL be super effective against the type of your starter) Typhlosion (HG, B2 and X team)/ Blaziken (SS, W2 and Y team) (if starter is grass), Serperior (W2, B2 and X team)/ Sceptile (SS, HG and Y team) (if starter is water), Blastoise (HG, B2, W2 and X team)/ Greninja (Pokemon Y team only) (if starter is fire)

And they will randomly select a mega evolution pokemon and use it as their final. Mega evolution pokemon will have the following symbol next to them: ∆.

@@rishimazza I also think that Chara would give each Pokemon 1 stab move, and then give them moves to counter their weaknesses. And they'd also add a bit of status moves just to mess with their opponents. Keep in mind that this is Chara we're talking about. In Pokemon, I'd depict Chara as someone who has a well thought out strategy to win battles, as any challenging champion would do.
Also, I'm still thinking as to what their OR/AS team should be. I'll update this comment when I finish my thought process on what the team should be.

Moves: Fissure, Night Slash, Giga Impact, Shadow Slash (reskinned Shadow Claw)
Held item: Locket (all attacks done to the holder only do 80% damage)
Ability: DETERMINATION (Accuracy is calculated twice, if either calculation results in a hit, the move hits. All moves gain +1 priority. 25% chance for the Defending Pokémon to miss regardless if the move would hit. The first time Chara would faint, they regain 50% HP and receive an all stat boost.)
Chara is an endgame boss encounter who can only be fought if you choose to join the evil team of whatever game your playing (be it Team Shade or Team Shine), and only after you defeat PKMN Trainer Sans and Champion Asgore. She is unique in that unlike other bosses, they don’t have any Pokémon to send out and will immediately enter the fight. Her typing makes it really hard to hit her for super effective damage on top of being immune to three common types (Normal, Ghost, and Fighting). While they don’t have a lot of bulk, there insane speed of 199 and ATK stats of 148 enables her to sweep entire teams. Not to mention her ability makes her attacks more likely to land and gives them priority. It is recommended you use the Sableye you can steal from Alphys, as it is immune to Fissure, resists Night Slash, and can Mega Evolve. Another good choice is Muffet’s Mimiku, which is also immune to Fissure and also resists 2 of their moves, and its ability Disguise lets it survive any 1 attack, which could give you enough time to counterattack.

Unlike Chara and her Pokémon, I don’t have the HEART to tell her that she has no SOUL. I think she sees the world in BLACK and WHITE. Her heart has become corrupt with gems and wishes to get SILVER and GOLD.

I know someone already did a team for Chara, but considering we have a few new ones to work with, I figured I'd take a stab at it.
1. Hisuian Zoroark. This Pokemon is a vengeful ghost. The lacerations on it's skin are from it's pure malicious and rage. Perfect for someone who is essentially a vengeful and angry spirit. The white fur of Hisuian Zoroark could also be reminiscent of Asreil.
2. Tyranitar. This Pokemon destroys landscapes indiscriminately. If it goes on a rampage, the topography of the region is changed drastically. Larvitar is also born underground, reminiscent of Chara's reawakening. The destructive nature is pretty self explanatory.
3. Mimikyu. If there is any Pokemon that looks like Chara, it's this ragged little ghost.
4. Iron Valiant. I have a headcanon about Iron Valiant. It is a cold, heartless Terminator which hunts people by seeking out their emotions. I believe it fits Chara's MO well.
5. Yellow Flower Florges. Buttercups.
6. Kingambit. I know Aegislash may seem like a better ace, but I disagree. Kingambit's Ability, Supreme Overlord, gains strength with every ally knocked out. It has the move, Kowtow Cleave, which is something of a false surrender, something that is possible with various monsters in the Underground. The method it evolves is by defeating three of it's own which Chara did do with Toriel, Asgore, and Flowey. Many of it's moves involve slashing as it's body is covered in the blades. It's not necessarily a strategist but instead relies on brute force. Power.

This trainer has been undefeated since her arrive, even at the beginning, when battles seemed hopeless, she managed to continually succeed thanks to her (and her pokemons') great determination;
She doesn't talk too much, but her pokemons will give you a lot of trouble for sure. Be well prepared, as she has a lot of experience now.

(PS before you read - This entire thing I made out of boredom/as a joke. Don't actually take this seriously please. I don't even play pokemon lol. I just heard the music and was like "I have a basic idea of how Pokemon works. VERY basic. Why not just create a small little story?" Said small story eventually bloomed into this. With the illusion of "Multiple Choice" (Spoiler - 2 is the only option that actually gets you anywhere/continues. 1 is just an insta end to the story) Again don't take this seriously or anything. As you walk down the path. Going to your usual farming spot for EXP you spot a trainer you've never seen before. Wearing a green shirt with a big yellow stripe through it even extending itself onto the sleeves. A red hat with a hallowed white circle upon it. Black shorts that went down to their knees. White socks and black shoes. With brown hair. They seemed to be bored currently eating what looks to be chocolate. You sigh realizing this might be an update to the game- perhaps you bought a newer version and you have to fight another trainer. You walk next to it and as expected they tap you and interrupt you. The following text box appears.
*Howdy there Partner, I see you're strolling past without even saying hello. That just won't do.
The sprite grows a small hint of a smirk.
*For your rudeness. I challenge you to a battle!
As the battle starts they're a trainer. With only 2 pokemon. Their sprite shows a bored look upon them. They're even animated eating chocolate as they lazily toss out their first pokeball. You defeat it with some difficulty and then also the second. The trainer then frowns as a black shade appears over their face's sprite. As they crush their chocolate from apparently gripping it to hard. As it crushes their eyes turn a blood red and began to radiate a malevolent force. As suddenly they somehow gain another pokemon. . ? A knife materializes in their hand and a smile forms. The screen glitches as your menu is cleared of all of its options and becomes. . . a text box?
*You. . . you just. . . made them faint. I trained them hard. I showed them care and you. . . YOU. I'll make the pain you inflicted on them come back tenfold Partner.
The text box reverts back into a menu as the sprite walks fourth and into the spot where pokemon go. As it says
"Chara sent themselves!"
Chara wields the knife before editing the notification menu as it glitches.
"What you thought this was just a pokemon battle? I said Battle. That means after you're pokemon. . . you're next Partner."
Their move is first and they slash down on your strongest pokemon. And the single strike killed your pokemon. It didn't go back to your UI though. Instead of saying it fainted it said your pokemon had Died. One shot. . . one kill. In response you. . .
1 - Send out a stronger more durable type to tank the damage. Chara slashes. . . .
2 - One with a high enough evasion stat to dodge. Chara slashes. . .
(IF YOU CHOSE 1)
The tank just barely survives with 5% of its HP left. Chara looks happy as the notification box comes back and says "You brought something that can survive the Real Knife?! Oh this'll be a treat. . ." Chara apparently to caught up in their excitement to notice how much damage they did. Your tank type hits Chara doing away with 10% of their HP. Hoping it'd faint chara in a single shot. It didn't. Chara then slashed again. And continued to. Attacking the dead pokemon as their sprite changed to reflect it. You sent out another pokemon and used the chance to charge up a powerful attack. Hitting Chara as Chara goes down to 50% of their HP.
Chara was shocked. . . and couldn't move for the turn. And you attack once more lowering them to 10% of their HP. Chara reached for their chocolate and. . . took a bite out of it. Their HP restoring. The notification box comes back. "You thought I didn't have any healing items? This system. . . due to me being both a trainer and pokemon right now in it I can heal myself with items meant for pokemon!"
Chara's turn ended as you attacked once more but Chara dodged and hit your pokemon. One shot kill. And all that was left was your fodder that you were will training to evolve. Watching them as they got relentlessly murdered. But there was still one 'pokemon' left to kill. . . you. Chara slashed your character's sprite and the game turned off. When you booted back up your save file was gone. You couldn't even save or load over it as the entire section had been seemingly 'cut' from the game. You never saw Chara again.
(IF YOU CHOSE 2)
The pokemon dodges Chara's attack. Chara seems. . . happy. The notification box comes back and says "You brought something that can dodge. . . this one can last longer! Thank you for giving me a more fun opponent than your other pokemon Partner."
Chara seemed cocky now as every turn they slashed- and missed as you continued hitting them. They ate their chocolate to heal but they were running out. As chara is at their end with no healing items they look back up at you and your pokemon. 5% HP is all chara has a single blow would faint- or kill them. Chara pants and your UI turns into a text box.
*You beat me. . . you damaged my pokemon. . . you outsmarted me. You humiliated me. What could I expect from a Human.
The text box clears as they seem to sigh as their malevolent glow fades.
*Finish the job. I've lost.
However you don't. You make them faint instead. And Chara faints. . . you win. Your pokemon was still on the ground bleeding out but by using healing options you were able to revive your pokemon. Gaining back your strongest pokemon. You left and went to farm. When you came back Chara was there. Looking ashamed. They didn't stop you this time. They just let you pass. After a few more days of gaming going past them back to get potions and farm eventually they stop you once more. Chara's sprite looks towards your sprite and a text box appears.
*Why didn't you finish it. Are you just humiliating me? Going past me day in day out while i'm forced to sit here as a stupid challenger? I can't even fight you again. . .
Chara's sprite looks down as they attempt to leave- but the game seems to reset itself forcing them back into the same position.
*I can't leave until your character dies or you complete the game. Why did you spare me partner? I would've been fine.
Suddenly you enter another battle. Chara starts on the pokemon side and looks surprised. Your UI turning into a textbox
*What?! Why are we here- I just said I couldn't challenge you again why are we-
Chara looks up and realizes you challenged them. But for some reason Chara wasn't a trainer. Chara went to go use their pokeballs but they just bounced around doing nothing. Chara looked panicked.
*This is surely a mistake. . . the game just- listen you have to run! Don't you dare fight me!
Instead of running- you fought. The UI returning as you reduced their HP using your Pokemon instantly to the red as Chara coughs. A red liquid appearing on the grass below them as the text box appears once more.
*So that was your plan. . .to humiliate me then kill me. Creative process partner. . .
In response you. . .

(IF YOU CHOSE 1)
Chara dies. . . their body being on the ground limp and lifeless. You earned nothing as chara's sprite is now bloodied and red. When you leave and come back the sprite is gone only the blood remaining. You continue on your playthrough.
(IF YOU CHOSE 2)
As you toss a pokeball at them Chara smiles and speaks with the text box.
*You fool that isn't going to-
And just like that they turned white and entered the pokeball. You just captured. . . Chara. You had no chance to name them. When you eventually let them out in a battle they looked confused.
*Why am I here. . . what's going on?
Chara then faces the Trainer- the Player's Sprite.
*You. . . you captured me. In a pokeball? The system registered me as. . .
Chara laughs. Chara knows they can leave as soon as you finish the game. Either way they'll get their freedom from this stupid game. They gripped their knife tightly and faced the opposing pokemon. Their moveset became available to you. They had a starting LV of 99 and as per-usual they had such a high ATK stat that anything they hit was one shot or nearly one shot in exception to the legendary pokemon and the gym leader's Pokemon. In which they did more about half of their HP to 75% instead. As you finished the game and your player character became the regional champion everything turned black.
When you started up the game again the save file was overwritten by "Chara" with the save file being named "My Save. Don't Touch". You couldn't load it. So you simply continued to play and game on another file. Occasionally the name would change asking questions or stating things but you could never load it.
Again don't take this seriously before ya comment. I know literally nothing about pokemon and I made this outta boredom. There's bound to be errors, stupid mistakes, lackluster info ect ect. Deal with it.
Chara. Stabbing the elite four doesn't count as becoming champion.

Wonder what Pokémon Chara would have in their team?
My guesses would be Gengar, Umbreon, Bannette (which can mega evolve), Gothitelle, and either Yevetal, Giratina, or Eternatus (yes. I think she would have a legendary on their team. Those Pokémon are embodiments of death and I’m positive they would try to catch at least one of them.)

Explanations:
Given that Chara is literally dead, ghost types are a good place to start.
Despite everything, Chara was (or still is) a child. I think that comes with a sort of wonder or joy, but to a point of distortion. A select few fairy types really fit for this, but Mimikyu in particular has a softer, but still unsettling exterior hiding something much more terrifying beneath it. Sound familiar? It just fits too well.
Chara is a very Determined person. That might come across as being very passionate. Fire, red for determination and burning with this desire and need to attain their goals, is a good fit. They can be shown to be bitter, and definitely have a liking for sharp edges, so I think Ceruledge is perfect for them. “Bitter Blade” is also a move that just screams Chara.
Dark types fit as well for the whole “demon who comes” thing, but aside from that, Chara, at the end of everything, speaks in cold, stilted lines. There’s a bit of an iciness to them, you might say. The combination of these two traits leads you to Weavile, who fits the whole “knife in the dark” aspect as well.
In the end, Chara is loyal to your cause, and expects loyalty back. “Let us erase this world and move on to the next,” they say, and should you reject this, they turn on you in a heartbeat, ready to show that they are above you now, they are the pinnacle. Dragon fits this aspect too well. I selected Garchomp to fill this particular niche, because not only is it actually a threatening dragon (sorry dragonite) but it’a also supposed to be a shark. I love the parallel of Chara as a Shark circling it’s prey, which gave it the edge over others that could fill this niche like Hydregion and Dragapult. Plus, it covers more weaknesses and balances the team more.
Next we have Gyrados. This also represents an aspect of Chara’s rage, but more so their potential. At first they were weak, but with your guidance, they became strong. Magikarp isn’t the most intimidating force, but train it enough, and it can become a force to be reckoned with.
Finally, Ferrothorn. This represents their ties to their brother, Asriel, and his current fate. They are inextricably linked, after all, even if the spot may have used to belong to what once might have been something much kinder, like a meganium or a leafeon, now that relationship has a lot of baggage and treacherous thorns.
I didn’t want to take Narrachara into account, too many head canons of mine would sneak in, but I hope you like what you got here!

My favorite thing about the bridge is how it exploits the rule of Musical Interest. I quickly got used to the bass ostinato repeating exactly and the sustained chord over it remaining static, so I ended up focusing on what's different: the hi-hat that's suddenly in a different speaker than it was while I was paying attention to the bass/string chord. I start focusing on how it's panning in different circles, then focusing on the melody when it comes back. So, back-to-back elements safely set the static bass/string in the background. Then, when the chord changes, it's only slightly, so I go back to focusing on the melody within a few notes. Then the bass starts to fade out at the same time. With the low end disappearing, the result is this underlying, subtle sense of unease, but since I'm not outright focused on those background elements, I feel an _instinctual_ need for that missing foundation, not a cognizant one (not straight away, at least).
That inspired need also is smoothly handled, btw, by having the low end "reintroduced" with another large pitch bend from the string chord. It dips its foot into low-end territory by the end, and heralds the kick drum returning. So, it kind of eases you back in.
I don't know how much of these effects it had on me were intentional, but I like them. Inspired!
