Hi Hayzink,
I'd like to add a shortcut. Once you push the limits by selecting the highest debuffs you think you can overcome, take the shortest route to the last or hardest chest and avoid the easy ones. Steven Covey says "start with the end in mind." If you use the best gear and the best characters that have full health and you aren't able to defeat the final battle, "working your way up" is meaningless. Once you defeat the hardest chest, you'll know you can defeat the whole stage.

I always hit hardest battle first lol I considered mentioning that

A tip I will add, If you do lose a battle and get wiped out, if you force close your game fast enough (I find it gives me about 2 seconds), it will not save the fight. You can then reload the game and be right back where you were, before you started that battle.
The 10 second enemy immunity isn't even a disadvantage if you use support troops and fashion Blanka as you can just heal your team up and use the burn 2 skill to get a slight bit of damage on the final ticks of the burn and then go into the game as regular

Good info for people who did not know it. I guess because I have played games like this, I thought it was just common knowledge.
Viper, Abel, Beast Gief, Bison has been a Godsend for me. FTP here and I've cleaned up to 34 on Inverse 1, 16 on Inverse 2, and 21 on Inverse 3.
What was your exactly setup and strategy?
@Cybertopia Lineup is Bison, Beast Gief, and Viper with Abel in the back. Fast chant on BGief, broken formation on Viper, Shelter on Abel, your choice for Bison.
Combo usage goes Viper -> Abel -> Beast Gief -> Viper. Viper is your damage dealer. Abel's skill1 applies a shield that nullifies attacks, and BGief interrupts enemies in the harder battles.

@@rayvsthaworld Cammy SSS, MadR SS+, Viper SS+, Blanca SS, Dhalsim SS, Chun-Li SS. The rest is S+
What I've been doing is I start at the hardest level first. If I beat it and my team's HP is low, I then go to the easiest (or one of the easier ones) and just use Elena/EX Move to heal up before I tackle the next hardest stage.
It doesn't make sense to start at the easiest because you don't get any bonuses. It's better to use the easier stages to "heal up".
