Cataract surgery or refractive lens exchange requires careful IOL selection to get the best possible visual performance. Intraocular lenses allow patients with cataract, or myopia, hiperopia and/or astigmatism to be free of spectacles, and to treat presbyopia or ageing decrease of near vision. The new presbyopia correcting IOLs are: multifocal, trifocal and EDOF lenses. However, among EDoF IOLs there is number of different technologies, which will give different visual experience to a patient.

Ive gone for checkup for my grandfather.. Doctor told that if I ensure for feco with Indian lens then cost would be 10k..and if we want to go with foreign lens that would be 15k and higher depending on lens...so Indian is good ? And what is the name of lenses
