This may seem like a wacky question. But I see main street Yeung Shu Wan village. That on the temple side (where the noodle house the majong house and the Green store). That there are like closed at 22:30 I think that's one of the stores that's closed everytime. I see it open occasionally though. The noodle place I think opens late at night. The Majong place is private place, but the accpuncture doctor's place is usually closed. I believe the office is in a white building and you go up the stairs.. But the place is usually closed!
It is unfortunate that it took Linda's passing to draw my attention to this documentary. It is often challenging to explain to people elsewhere in the world why I still refer to Lamma as 'my island', and this film goes a long way toward providing that explanation. I return to Lamma at every opportunity, and hope someday to return permanently.
Dear David thanks for your comments. Although we have not met , we share share have similar memories of an Island we both can call home.I hope sometime in no distance future you can come .I look forward to meet you.All the best Alba
Also the crazy dog killer (still at large as of 2015), but also that crazy guy who killed his girlfriend's aunt.... That was a very shocking thing on Lamma Island. Infact I just moved there then...

Lived there for two years. Best years of my life.
Brings back wonderful memories. Very sad to learn about the dogs.
