Here because I just watched the Hoarders episode with this house. These two guys were amazingly nice to the former owner Sandra, who suffered from horrible mental illness and hoarding. Sad that the young man from the episode, Luther, was killed in a car accident. Kudos to Michael and Eric. Glad to see they have restored the house.

Lovely!!! I watched this hoarders episode and it was one of the most heart wrenching. I can understand the owner was under colossal stress and mental anguish. It was a difficult watch and these boys were angels. I still love them.

What a nice story. I wouldn't want to rent it. People don't take care of your possessions the same as you would take care of them. I would live in it. So beautiful.

Wow! The house is beautiful. I saw the episode with Sandra. Compared to most hoarders, she was clean in the sense that she didn't have tons of garbage, feces and urine (human or animal) to destroy the structure of the house like so many hoarders do. At least two hoarders had so much junk that the beams under their house broke.

My mom's ex sadly had that happen. The attic was so full the ceiling collapsed right where my bedroom was. Thank God I'd moved out a few months prior. Hoarding is no joke.

What ever happened to the Sandra. The idea that the current owners had to allow her to gather items of value to sell was compassion in action. Very sad episode. Glad it turned out well for you.

These guys have such huge hearts and deserve every success they get! I'm really curious if much of the stuff Sandra left behind was used, since it seemed that a lot of it was original to the house and you can see that there were some truly quality pieces of furniture and decor mixed in with the junk. I hope a lot of it was salvaged in one way or another instead of rotting away in a landfill.
