His other books are great too! The wayward pines trilogy is nuts (great plot twist in the first and the third book is basically just a single massive action sequence), and recursion was honestly nuts. Maybe too nuts, but you hve to respect it as you’re reading it
So Blake Crouch wrote the Novel, screenplay and then created the show. Reminding me of Michael Crichton which is fantastic for Sci-Fi fans like ourselves lol
Would you consider reacting to the other TV series Dark Matter, which premiered on the Syfy channel in 2015? There are so few reactions to it on RUclips, unfortunately, despite it being a great show. I got my hopes up for a moment when I saw this video's name.

It's such an underrated gem of an ensemble show, anime-influenced, and not particularly long, and available on CW Seed free with ads. Its creators were showrunners of all three Stargate shows and came up with the idea over the years working on Stargate. Syfy actually cancelled it because it was * too * popular for their liking, if you can believe it. It was getting some of their highest ratings for a non-reality show, but outperforming Syfy Originals that they could sell merchandise for and profit from international distribution on, which they couldn't for Dark Matter because it was a co-production with Canada's Prodigy Pictures.

Ive just finished the book! It was great and so intense! My mom, sister and I started a "mom book club" and this was our first book ❤

Agreed. Great book! I read it some time ago, but I remember the story vividly and also remember it being very easy to read with good pacing.
