Hello:Is it ok if I translate this video to Arabic language?!I found it so helpful, and I would like to share it with friends because there isn't a lot of videos about filling reservoir in Arabic, and a lot of people have difficulties getting out the bubbles. So, I am planing to translate this video and put it in social media after getting a permission from you.Thank you so much

A lot of bubbles form at the bottom of the vial (where the plunger rod is). It seems like bubbles form as I pull in insulin from the vial, regardless of how slow I extract the insulin. Is there a way to change this?

What about priming the hose so the insulin is all the way through the tubbing?

Leyenda1 Hi, please see our 4 part infusion set series to learn more on how to prime an infusion set here in this example with the Quick-Set infusion set ruclips.net/video/jtpnaCQApic/видео.html or refer to your user guide. What happens if you don't get air into the plunger before you take insulin out?

Lila Parker This might increase the chance for bubbles so we recommend following the instructions in this video.

Hey, I have this issue were the filling my insulin gets many small bubbles. Is there a way to solve this?

When you push the air into the vial is the vial on top as this can cause bubbles to form.

@@MedtronicDiabetesUS for some reason the email failed to send.
It was about the pump infusion sets not having any pump covers in them, I opened about 8 packs now and they didn’t have any cover for the needle site.
      Thank you
