Some advice for people grinding the nodes for exp: I would highly recommend plugging in a controller and setting up the targeting macro on it so you save your wrists from this grind. Otherwise putting a soft object underneath will work too. Good luck!
@@aoiph In the controller keybind settings (in system settings I believe) you can bind macros 98 & 99 to a button. I have a sprint macro as the 99th macro bound to L3.
Wouldn't the inside of the cave be better less objects to get stuck on and tons of nodes. That being said if you no longer have anything left to build for the EXP like landmarks and the such doing this method I'm sure works but you only get 10exp per node so you're still looking at hours and hours and hours button press grinding

How do you stop the lock-on from untargetting again if you're spamming 1-2-1-2 over and over? It untargets every other time I press 1 and the jolt in camera is making me queasy.

Putting the end of the video first and hearing how unhinged you've become post-grind, followed by the nice quiet calm "Hey guys" from where the video actually starts is both hilarious and concerning.
When you're Workshopping, don't forget to tackle the Nonexistent and Inefficient supply demands! Even if they're anticipated to drop in demand, do them for the one day and see where the curve goes!
Grinding exp through nodes is incredibly time inefficient. You'll get maxed out a few days earlier, but you'll invest 20x as many hours that could be spent making huge amounts of progress in other content.
i hit rank 10 in about 4 weeks, just do everything like crafting things as they come and setting up your workshop asap, sure i spent maybe 4h (i ADHD A LOT) but dont forget about your animals and crops
upgrade all your buildings and fill every landmark, you have to complete the building by checking the signpost in front of it. then you should see a quest in the cozy cabin!
TRUE AFK WAY TO LEVEL ISLAND SANCTUARY: I've made a script that would harvest the nodes on the summit over and over again until you max out on stones, and then goes back, sells them, returns to the summit and repeats. It's gotten me from Level 11 to 13 overnight and A LOT of green cowries. If anyone wants the script just let me know :D Edit: It's not a mod or plugin to the game! Its essentially just a slightly more complicated macro script!
first time: thanks for the video, mate! eventually it helps me to keep up going to the isle..? When the island was announced, I had imagined something completely different. A place where I can be free and do what I want. Where I can breed animals, build up my island slowly and bit by bit, and go there when I really feel like it. Well, no way! I think that the island offers absolutely NOTHING of that. It's stressful, constant farming, and I just have the feeling that I'm being slowed down at every turn SO that I can't get any further. I don't even look there anymore with my main character, with my second character only when I'm bored - and within minutes I'm already fed up... a total disappointment for me! If the cosmos becomes just as bad, then good night!
I personally like this Conte. I guess it's for a personal specific taste. What I will admit it's kind of like watching a filler episode for some show, like watching Goku pull out daikon radishes.

i'm lv 16 and i dont had a single quest since the start except to enlarge the land, i cant craft the new tools since i dont have unlock the cave
