In my opinion Hollyoaks would be foolish to kill him off. His pairing to James won a lot more fans than James and JP seem to have won, and with Harry foolishly killed off, and James being one of the - if not the most popular character on the show (at least the one with the most loyal fans) - killing off Liam, whose pairing with James was a surprise hit, could be like breaking up Stendan all over again. No matter who they coupled with James, viewers would have wanted it to have been Liam. Just like Ste was paired and married to one after the other, while most of the viewers wanted him to be with Brendan. Brendan has been gone for almost a decade, but still his name keep popping up in connection with Ste in viewer comments. Because of the Stendan break up, and the fact Dean was gone and JP had priest boyfriend tragically committing suicide, and even his marriage to Ste was a bit of a disaster. Emmerdale with Robron, Eastenders and Coronation Street got their feet more solidly in the door with viewers wanting gay couples and gay drama (who most of them are females, by the way - for some reason many women love watching men have the hots for, and be intimate and affectionate with each other.). Ever since Hollyoaks has had to play catch up. Robron and Emmerdale dominated the awards, and all three of the others won in the ratings most of the time. Starry and Jarry are history with Harry`s death. Hollyoaks has to start from scratch. Happily for them Emmerdale are in the same situation with Robron gone, but Scott and Mitchell unlikely to be the coupling to fill it. To make a long story short, I think James and Liam would be the best option for Hollyoaks. Like Robron they could become a combination of two not exactly angelic guys, but still with enough good sides to them (Aaron and James, the way James is being depicted now, unlike the psychopath he undoubtedly was meant to be when he first arrived) to be liked and loved - and where Liam, just as Robert was after having met Aaron, changed and became a better person - most times. The chemistry between the actors playing James and Liam makes them a convincing couple, with only one sister and an estranged child left of family in the world, Liam needs connection with more characters to be spun SLs around - a family like the Nightingales, with Juliet`s drug involvement and Liam`s experience with the same could be interesting. Would he be a responsible stepfather and get her away from Jordan, or want in on the action - perhaps suggesting they should squeeze Jordan out. James would also have had a partner who was just as devious and ruthless as himself. Unike both JP and Harry, who mostly are, and were, guided by moral codes and a desire to be good people. Neither Liam nor James is particularly bothered about justifying their actions, beyond whether or not they will benefit themselves. Both actors, Gregory Finnegan and Jude Monk McGowan are very capable actors with a solid grip on their characters` many, many sides of an opposing nature. But Hollyoaks did kill off both Harry and Jesse, so who knows - maybe Liam`s days are numbered. And probably also Grace`s, who with Trevor, Kim, Esther, Adam, Jesse and perhaps Liam gone, only would have Sylver left. Who knows maybe the Corona virus will be written into the SLs, and Grace - or someone else - will be exited dying from COVID-19? Time will tell.

She even tried to persuade Silas not to kill Lindsey (the gloved hand killer!) even though she’s the one who told him about her using and sleeping with Joe and Freddie Roscoe. But Silas told her to go upstairs and ended up letting Mercy live when he found out she lost a baby and saw that she’d finally settled down (at the time she had anyway!) so he said she could live. And she’s stuck up for Grace, Nancy, Sienna to name but a few.
IWillB3INURCØMM3NT S3CTION and Maxine was engaged to Warren and they was going to have a baby until Peri and Nico (mainly Nico as payback to Warren) locked her in an unsafe lift that collapsed with her inside and she lost their baby. It’s one of the reasons why he left Nico to die in that fire. Mercy can surprise you at times especially when you’re least expecting it. She might come across as a bitch and a tart but behind all that actually lies a heart of gold. The same with Grace, Who Warren also had a relationship with!
IWillB3INURCØMM3NT S3CTION and actually Mercy and Mitzeee made up and became friends when Mercy left to get Bobby. Mitzeee took her son and Bobby and went into hiding with both boys because Carl started abusing her when he was drunk and she called Mercy to let her know what she’d done and why she’d done it and that’s why Mercy decided to get Bobby and left the village when the actress went on maternity leave.
How many times have various people seen that dart board now, and only now they decides to act. It is plain ridiculous they haven`t started cooperating as soon as they discovered they were all targets. Instead we had the side show of Warren being locked up, for something which so obviously was police entrapment, even police harassment, since the police officer arriving on the scene was the witness to the assault, and therefore the question of why he had been called there, should have been asked, since neither of the two men looked to have been exchanging repeated punches. Therefore it would appear the only reason Warren was arrested, was that he was Warren Fox - that is harassment, and not a probable cause. Had the case been properly investigated, Liam could have been arrested for both wrongful accusation and wasting police time, since the state of the two men would have revealed the punch the officer witnessed was the only one, and he therefore should have been very interested to find out why the two had fought, and who had made the call that had sent him there with flashing blue lights. Obviously the call had to have had a very dramatic content to justify such a quick and urgent response.

And Mercedes knows a lot about what he is capable of, same with Sylver, James and not the least Grace - and Warren has seen how he behaves, and heard the threats he has made against both Mercedes and himself. I would say they would be foolish not to take the situation seriously. And for those who have seen the dart board, and the faces on it, like Grace, it is downright irresponsible they have not alerted the others on that board that they could be in danger.

Cause that would suggest him to be motivated and influenced by random faith. But if it is Liam taken aim at specific photos, and by hitting them feels his capability to harm them increased, because he himself decides his target and how he is going to strike. The precision of how he succeeds with the dart hitting the right target in the right way, could signal his conviction he will be able to achieve the same in real life. And therefore is a signal he not only cares about hurting the people he targets, but hurting them exactly the way he wants them to get hurt. What he did to Warren was not only to scare Warren there and then, but a camouflaged threat to inform Warren of the lengths Liam would go to to inflict his revenge. That is why, in real life, someone like Liam would have been 10-100 times more dangerous than Warren. Someone like Liam could be in a holding cell locked up, but people on the outside might still not be safe, cause he could have poisoned their favorite food, hired a hitman to shoot them, planted a bomb under their car. Someone like Warren, who deals directly and face to face with people he has a beef with, people would have been safe from, had he been held on remand. The likes of Liam, unfortunately that would not have been the case. Cause his type of personality is more subtile in their approach, and think further ahead since that allows them the feeling of being in control and to hold power longer. Just think about it. Warren goes to beat someone up, he feels strong, capable, no one can mess with him - instant gratification. Liam - not really in a position to do the same uses a different approach. He plans what to do, set it up, and every timeone of his targets provoke him in anyway - whether a direct threat to him, or just by laughing and having fun not being connected to him at all - he tells himself inside his brain: Just you wait. Until your turn the ignition in your car, or take a sip of your favorite wine, you will regret having said this/will not be laughing then. Sorry for going on a bit. But I feel it is important you realize that in real life this kind of behavior with a dart board with photos of real people on it would not have been a laughing matter, but serious reason for concern. Not all people who do this will develop into killers - but the threshold for them to do so is reduced, since their intent to wish harm and hurt for someone is reaffirmed as long as that person`s photo is the target on a dart board.
