Good job on selling all the components! Very smart way to reuse them and generate money for the build. Those orange grab bars would make a nice roof railing if you cut them down to size. Don't despair. When you feel utterly lost, you are learning the most. The unfamiliar will become familiar. Things always work out. Just be bold and don't look back! 4:02 - The tool you are using is a Dremel Multi Max 45 with a flush cut blade. However, this only goes so far. The blades are not heavy duty. Preserve them for where needed. A Dremel Saw Max or a Bosch 5" Angle Grinder will make short work of cutting the walls or any metal bars. Get one. Paddle switch, variable speed, 5" blades, with a Leave On button. I don't think you have a leak, most likely condensation. When you buy a heater, get the $200 Chinese Diesel heaters from Amazon. No condensation like the propane heaters. 6:19 - WEAR A MASK!!! That is asbestos or fiberglass dust. Its going to ruin your lungs. As the female half of the team - learn every tool! Do half the heavy work. Its not just a man's job. This is an opportunity to learn, so grab it. You should be a master of those power tools when done. Its looking good! Amazing amount of space inside. The wiring though should be preserved as much as possible, great stuff, done meticulously. Power systems are the key to an RV. Looking forward to the finish. Question: I wanted to know how those metal cabinets hang on the wall? Are they hanging / screwed into a metal strip on the walls? How hard was it to remove those cabinets? They can be reused, right?
Last week I bought a old fire department Dodge VAN, where I also have to take out all the stuff...... great job, keep up the good work with the transformation 👍💪
Hi Cath did you finish Luna?? I just bought the same type of ambo on a Renault master and have been debating all the same stuff as you? Rip the walls Down or don’t rip the walls down. Celotex it or just spray foam behind the walls. Be interested to know how you got on 👍 😃
Well done , it’s gonna look awesome when finished. You should be proud of yourself 😁💜 . I follow Project Amber , not met them yet but I think he’s done an amazing job on his van 😁😁😁 I’ve subscribed without hesitation 😁
