      @@Factsmania2.00 bro it took 20 days rest. But since then, i always warmups with the exercises he shows here before squats or bench or shoulder work. Make sure you rest it and eat anti inflammatory food to speed up the recovery time.

    Superb bro, I have had this problem from last 8 years, not very much but a bit of pain I feels, but just once I did that external shoulder and I found a great quick relief. Thanks a lot, I will include this with my shoulder workout as a warmup.

    After training legs, i straight away moved to a shoulder press n the same thing happened to me ! I went to the doctor and they ripped me off by making me sit for around 10 tests, n convinced me that its close to the heart and i should get it tested ! Gr8 Video :)

    You are a god for me. I was having backpain problem since 5yrs, after watching ur backpain video i followed ur exercises, do's n don'ts n it is recovering well.. now again im suffering from shoulder injury since 15days n m sure it will get repaired soon...even my gym trainer doesn't know all this tricks..

      VAIBHAV BAILUR i do these exercises pre workout daily 3sets.
      Den i start my regular work outs as per the day.. about shoulder exercises i would suggest use light weights for few weeks specially while doing standing dumbell press.. tc get well soon

    Guru Mann yaar....aapne bacha liya. Is qurantine me mene full power me workout chalu kia hai. And i got my left shoulder injured . Actually it is a bit low than the right shoulder. Pushupps marte waqt injure ho gayi. Any ways........thanks a lot.

    Thank you so much. It was really helpful. I had a severe shoulder injury and suffering with that for the past 2 months thinking that this pain will be permanent. But your tips helps me come out of this injury with in 2weeks. I feel the power in my shoulders again and now I can rock the bench press and shoulder press. Thank you once again.

      @@prem6415 I didn’t skip, but I could not really get back to my normal heavy lifting. It took a 2 years to completely recover. I am super conscious about my postures during lifting now a days. No cheating press and no cheating curls anymore

    If you find time please post a video for knee injury,as knee injury are quite common in India due to unavailability of appropriate tracks.

    Dear sir .... I am very much thankful for this video . I play club cricket as a bowler . And from last 2 months I have suffering from acute shoulder pain due to which I had to stop Bowling and was taking physiotherapy. I saw this video and starter exercises. And I was thrilled to see the results in day one . In the night before sleeping I did these exercises. In morning I didn't had pain . Because earlier in morning I was experiencing acute pain and so much that I couldn't lift my arm. Aisa lagta tha koi muscle touch ho Raha hai shoulder joint me . This exercises really changed my lifestyle now. I do them daily to increase my shoulder mobility. And 90% of pain is gone . Thank you. Thank you so much .

    This helped me to heal my shoulder injury. I was suffering from last one year , i visited so many doctors and experts , physiotherapists but no one could recover this injury. I am doing these exercises from last 8 days as advised by guru maan and believe me it really helps me my pain is just gone but i am gonna do it for atleast one month. really Thankful to you bhai

    I was suffering from pain in my left shoulder from one month . It started after a kusti with my friend.
    I was thinking about consulting a bone specialist.
    But today I watched your video and did all the three exercises only for ten minutes and it worked like magic.the pain was gone.

    Sir i dont know is there injury or not....when i try to do pushuups,pulups or any other exercise related shoulder..muje asa lagta hai jase mera sara weight shoulder pai aa gaya hai aur mera shoulder weight ko sah nhi pata...HELP ME.

    I dislocated my left shoulder on the 25th of September 2020 (Friday night) trying to throw a punch (first it impinged, then I stupidly rotated in many ways instead of resting for a couple of hours, and as the shoulder was at its weakest, it just popped out).
    Popped it back myself a couple of minutes later (most require a Specialist to do that, and actually it is not good to pop it back yourself even if it hurts, as it could cause several tears that would hurt even for months, which otherwise would not), and tried rotating that shoulder back and forth, not knowing that it was a dislocation, which caused it to dislocate again (yes, twice within just less than 1 hour).
    got an MRI which showed that there had been a couple of tears on the rotator cuff (I guess), and did my best to believe that it was not a dislocation, and continued my fast bowling (Cricket-right arm) as usual after a couple of weeks on the Sling and a few more strengthening exercises.
    since then, I have had 5 dislocations in total within a span of just 3 months, the latest one being on the 22nd of December 2020, while bowling.
    again, spent 1 good week with the Sling, providing it with the best rest that I could, started strengthening exercises (all baby steps) using Resistance bands mainly, starting from the 3rd week, and almost by the mid/end of this January, I started playing again, light bowling (had to change to Spin though), and light batting (left-handed). in terms of batting, I only found the Upper Cut a bit difficult or hurting to play (I mean who even plays that now, except R Sharma).
    in regard to sleeping, I have been sleeping all my life turning downwards, so the risks to me of dislocating while sleeping are almost none.
    most importantly, have also been able to carry out my favourite workout (CHINUPS, not Pullups) as earlier, although not at the same pace, still, I manage, meaning earlier I used to do like 25 to 30 reps/day, but as of now, only around 15 at most.
    adding to it, as of now, I probably am bowling at my full strength (SPIN requires ideally no effort, except for turning and hence, almost no impact on my non-bowling hand-left).
    so, despite not having surgery, the workouts that I am now able to do as usual (although, not at the same pace or reps), include Chinups, Pushups, a little bit of Punching.
    for instance, the one thing that I loved doing the most was fast bowling, and now I had to give it up and replace it with Spin (as per Cricket bowling, the only bowler I found out to be successfully bowling following a dislocation on his non-bowling arm, and then several surgeries is only Andrew Tye).
    there are literally thousands if not hundreds of thousands around the world with missing body part(s), and a dislocation would be ideally nothing (clearly not the end of the world even if you are an athlete) if you could adjust your movements accordingly, and if you do not, it could also make your life a bitch (my dad's had around 25 dislocations since his 1st when serving at the Army nearly 4 decades ago, as he had not put in much effort into rehab).
    finally, the only treatment that I got was using a mixture of many Ayurvedic raw materials that was recommended by a local Ayurvedic practitioner, who prescribed them mentioning that they would end the nightmare for good, and the reason why it recurs was that during a dislocation, apparently, whatever those ligaments or liquid-like cartilage things tend to release or fall out of the socket, and once that happens, it will continuously happen (sometimes even after Surgery) following each wrong movement. so, did that treatment for a couple of weeks, and it may also be a major reason that I have not had another dislocation (wouldn't even want to imagine, its that depressing) so far, although, I couldn't really compare the levels of cartilage on my shoulders through a proper scan (ideally an MRI).
    the takeaways: providing good rest (although I believe I did not provide enough), proper strengthening and rehab (it's hard nowadays if not impossible though, given this COVID), good nutrition (obviously), particularly good carbs (I ate like a shit ton of Manioc, and my Cancer cells are also now probably gone for good, lol), most importantly not doing anything that you think could lead to a dislocation, like over-stretching, especially throwing, and etc.
    following a dislocation (with or without Surgery), the main thing that you have to put into your head is that that particular shoulder is never going to be the same, and so are your movements.

    i was doing shoulder dumbell presses nd i was doing heavy. suddenly idk what happened but my hand just went backwards and i could literally hear the sound of my left shoulder tearing. i wasn't able to move my arm that particular day and the doctor also gave me a lot of pills which really didn't helped me. Physical exercises like these really help alot.

    Thank you so so much ,I tried consulting Doctor ,it didn't worked at all again I visited other doctor same it worked later after 2 weeks later I try doing these exercises ,In 4 days I saw results and suddenly all the pain goes away like it wasn't there att all ,Stil I'm doing it for next 3 days and start doing upper body again .

      Go to the physical therapist .. bro he she will help you out but sometimes the structure is in such a way that it can not be corrected (if it is dislocating vert often) but get it checked by a physical therapist
