It's a rental car, slightly better than a Mitsubishi. It's good for college kids and working families needing a cheap 2nd car.
No cruise control? Deal breaker. No remote entry? What a joke. I have a 2017 toyota yaris ia. Bought it for 16k new. Intergrated gps(i asked to get it free and they gave it to me). 7 inch touch display. Keyless start. Remote with trunk button. Back seats fold down. I brought home a new in box 55 inch tv with this feature. Turbo engine. Usb ports. Voice command on the steering wheel for bluetooth. Turn signals on the mirrors. Info on the dash like how many miles before empty etc. And its a good looking car. They changed the name and have gone up in price since then though. If toyota can do all that for 16k, kia can do better. Not bad for 15k but they can do better. I know it sounds like i crapped on it but...well i wasnt it.
Duh its called the base model ... lol Kia/Hyundai wants you to pay lol more for those features u speak of ... i have all those features on my 2018 Hyundai accent...
@@jermainec2462 u didnt comprehend what i said. All those features i rolled off were standard. U like paying more money? Im glad theres competition for my dollar. Consumers win. I guess u will just pay whatever a company asks.
derek D I just bought the s trim with all those features for $14,680+ttl brand new.
@@ReesesCupsAreGood well take your cheap ass over to Toyota and go get the Toyota now I got the Hyundai accent which is the cousin of the Kia Rio but mine's is loaded with everything including remote start for 18K and by the way Toyota stop making the Yaris for 2020 so Kia and Hyundai are really the only two car makers making sub compact cars right now everybody else is bagged up out of it... Furthermore you can't base everything on one video go down to your Kia dealership and find out for yourself...
Theres a big difference between this and a forte. Stop saying theres not much difference
Im surprised. My 2014 model has more features and is more premium
These type of cars just scream “Learner driver!”
Gotta start somewhere. Its good to see that Kia is catering to the budget market.
Great car for drive and wallet
Let’s use the first letter of the name of a brand to describe that brand! Start with me!
Kia - Killin’ it!
Krap
No jkjk lol
Excuse me, but unless these guys are driving a lux vehicle they're like "meh" on all other autos
200K in my country
This has nothing to do with the Kia Rio review, but your intro music is the same as a RUclipsr I won’t name, but she’s in a sector of RUclips of miserable people who do nothing but talk sh*t about each other and try to get each other fired from their jobs, and even calling CPS to have their children taken away. They call it the “section 8 of RUclips”. Very very sad and miserable losers. Glad I stopped watching her and other you-tubers who thrive off personal gossip and drama.
Please name her, I’m curious
Is the same thing as the 2019 smh
So you guys twins or what??
Not twins just brothers
