Tyler, I think it would be a great idea to have the boys give back in one way or the other. How about they visit a boys/girls home and if possible, bring along some eggs or something else from the garden. It might help them see how fortunate they are to be living with you and Sonia.

Let the boys spend their money to buy Christmas gifts for the family, so they can open gifts from each other, also the buy gift for you both, so they learn to give. Sonia, I was born in the 50s. And had a Tree every year with gifts under it . I’m from Clarendon bush. Grand market the day before buy balloons, fefe, sheboms and mouth organs. Also had a Santa on a Donkey and cart throwing little stuff to us kids on the Main Street. Wow,

They could each make up one big gift basket, containing something for each kid in their class. Wouldn’t have be anything big, or cost a lot, just something to say, this year we have been very blessed and we would like to share some of our blessings with you, our classmates.
