I make my own dish soap pump also. I use a foam soap pump and fill it 1/3 full with Dawn. Add water until filled and stir. I use alot less soap doing my dishes, in a sink, this way. I also have a spray bottle that I put a couple tablespoons of Dawn and finish with water. It is all I need to wipe down everything. From "Playing With Sticks" I also added a spray bottle with a mix of water and isopropyl alcohol. Spray soap to clean and alcohol to sanitize works well with big items. Of course I always wipe off the bulk of the food residue first. We have been exploring Alaska for the last two months. I don't remember the last full or even partial hookup we had.
Oh, brilliant to have the sanitizing spray!! SO smart. We are adding this to our rig ASAP. We have done a lot of dry camping this year and those dishes are a bear with smaller tanks.

I am potty training a new lab puppy & I am using vinegar, dawn dish soap & water in a spray bottle. It is helping. I never thought to use it on the road. Differently worth trying.

For travel lunches I prepare chicken salad before we depart home, and it really hits the spot served over greens or on a sandwich. Glad Jim had a great Father's Day lunch! :)
Anyone who buys an RV for their aging dog and a ramp for said dog is good people in my book. My Labrador had dysplasia and arthritis. I have to carry her up stairs etc. Please give me the link for your dog ramp. Thanks so much! G

Nahhh! Conflict arises when expectations differ so just go in with the proper expectations. We just spent 2 days with folks with a new extremely high priced motorhome that have really serious issues. That’s just most RVs these days. It is annoying with what RV’s all cost these days but we still find it worth it for the lifestyle!

So good! We have it shipped to friends as gifts sometimes. But now we will be a bit torn between Joe’s and Q39.
One sandwich go-to is whatever salad sandwich... for me it's tuna & for him it's chicken. Mix the base & add the protein. Done. Easy lunch.
We like Mexican shrimp cocktails with tortilla chips on hot days. Always tastes better the next day and cool and refreshing lunch.
