Nice vid. I've got an 'X' myself, and sounds like I can hear the dreaded spark plug cover plate rattle bud! There's you tube vids of how to fix it, but basically it's removing the fuel tank then the airbox and you'll see the spark plug metal cover plate that is a copper colour. Remove it, put either some rubber or the furry side of some Velcro under it then re-assemble everything and that rattle that happens from around 4000rpm and above will dissapear!
