- Fernando Ramirez from The Sporting Tribune joins the show to talk about how the Chargers training camp is going so far, update on injuries, and how it is different from last year.
I had plantar fascitis before going to ranger school and had it throughout my entire 4 months at the school. What got me through the pain and eventually led me to a full recovery was having great orthotics. I could still run for miles as long as I had good insoles in my running shoes and boots. The worst part of plantar fasciitis is taking those first few steps in the mornings when your arch is stiff from 6-8 hours of sleep.
My personal opinion is Justin will be just fine as long as he gets a good pair of custom orthotics and is meticulous with his recovery everyday.
Thank you for your service 🫡.
I have been dealing with feet pain for 20 years. That sh*t is no joke. Some days are better then other’s. Hope that the Chargers can help fix his foot.
3:56 Ramirez sounds tickled that Harbaugh acknowledged his chuckle with a chuckle. 😄
Zach Heines SDSU jackrabbit legend! Cheers from the Midwest
I saw Brendan Rice in training camp. He was impressive.
Goddamnit I was so pumped for this season
24:03 we did those in my CYO league and High School. It's for Neck flexibility and Strength
Go Chargers & go Padres
Couch said they are extreaming precaution earlier in the week
Bolts need to bring in another QB just in case Herbert can't go week 1. Easton Stick is not good enough
To put the bolts over. If Stick starts get ready to start 0-1!
Stop…it’s fine. Saying this will affect his whole career is ridiculous.
I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis after 24 years in the military…and this isn’t that. And even if it turns out to be that, it’s totally manageable.
Gooooooo PADRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
21 minutes into the episode and I've already gotten at least 6 ads.
Try premium. Makes RUclips so much better imo 👍
10:24 I'm pretty sure, and Josh would know more on this. It's better it's on his plant foot. My may be planting on your right, but your power and most of pressure would be on his left foot. Could be wrong I played TE, but seems to reason.
How bout them Padres Dave!
The Padres are playing great.
Bring in Tannehill, Flacco, Taylor Henicke, somebody that can truly start. Easton not gonna cut it . We need a true back up.
Don't rush Herbert back. Easton Stick revenge game incoming
Heard stem cells can really help certain cases of this, medical technology has come a long way. Really hoping it isn’t something he deals with for the rest of his career
29:56 I read Jerry Rice was an absentee father and wasn't around much in his life until draft stuff started than wants to play a role. Just what I heard from several different places
I dont want to sound mean but Fernando reminds me of one of those guys that annoys a lot of people but never realizes he is annoying them even though they giving him all the signs.
Well looks like even harbaugh cant break the spanos injury curse..... unbelievable!
They still need to work on their press room. Half the time you can't hear the question being asked. So when their responding you don't always know what they're responding too. More Boom mics from overhead or something
Herbert hot take with short term (pain management) vs. long term (rehabilitation) really shows your fanatic perspective not from an athlete's best interest
Roman offense needs a mobile QB. Sign Tannehill asap
That might be a good call. Makes sense. Plays closer to Herbert's style.
Guys, I know we’re screwed if Herbie is out for most the year, what’s your revised win total if he is?
27:04 I'd rather have Rice than QJ. At least Rice has hands and uses them.
I'd like to join the fantasy league.
Dave, you look like an Algebra teacher lol Bolt Up. And go Dodgers
Sign me up for the fantasy league!
At least a month for Herbert.
No Dave, I'm not interested in a reverse mortgage 😮😅😂
We might have the worst backup qbs of all time
People need to realize the Gates thing was a decade ago and we have to believe strength and condition, and the medical field have come a long way since. Plus Mahomes won the Super Bowl with one ankle lmfao. Yall need to simmer down. We’ll get to week 1, the Chargers will win, and all of this will look like psycho talk. R e l a x
He has an injury to his plantar fascia not plantar fasciitis
This Chargers team is cursed!!!
2 to 4 months out. Sorry Judas fans it's the same old same old. Can't wait until Raider Nation Invades our home away from home SoFi. Lol
As much as I love Justin Herbert, they need to start looking in to getting a new quarterback at least for the season until he gets better or it’s gonna be one gigantic shit show this year!! What are they gonna do rely on stick?? don’t make me laugh!!
I seriously don’t understand why they have to be jumping around so much & throwing themselves around so much like that ???
It’s so irritating to watch especially with the Injury History this team has had within the last Decade.
I thought Jim Harbaugh & Team Staff were going to be smarter about injuries and regulate certain players from injuries but it looks like the same old careless unnecessary b.s. SMH!
Because with so many new guys they need to practice the new systems
