    Great video!
    Just one tiny suggestion:
    Remind people that these sauces are always runnier when they're hot, but thicken when they cool. Yeah, they thin out when reheated, but still rethicken when recooled. Always halt the thickening just before it reaches 'thick enough'.

    Nice one mate! What I can say from myself: leeks are indeed very dirty and instead of slicing it in two for washing, try slicing it into quarters with root still intact. That will make it a lot easier and efficient clean and dry.

    For those asking "wtf is chervil" ...
    Its french parsley....so just use parsley lol
