If you look at the history of the relationship between Sam and the regulators, you can see with the naked eye that they were all friends and no one seriously asked them about their business 🤔 I get the impression that all this was played out just to now crush everyone else who is not with them.

Well the looks of someone are their business but fraud is not. Gary let FTX to happen and then he attacks the whole industry in general, claims he has to go according to the books and files a bunch of lawsuits against legit businesses where without any ground. I still think Sam was just an idiot, and not evil. He wont get any jailtime - not with a good laywer. There were no rules for what he was doing - thats why its the wild west - thats why its a risk. You are literally relying on 1 person not to lose your money trading. And it shouldnt be that way, I agree, but it was. And still is. I think theyre going to have a hard time proving the laws he broke in court, especially with no paper trails. But I sure would like to see him to at least some jail time, just for Sams stupidity.

He absolutely needs to go. Actually a full investigation into his connections with FTX needs to be conducted & action taken if warranted. This is a travesty that needs to be properly dealt with. That is what protecting investors truly means, something he utterly fails to do.
