You went through a really rough patch in the 80s; I was in high school at the time, graduated in '87. During those years, when it wasn't cool to like the Osmonds (especially not you😕), I put pictures of Osmond albums on the front of all my paperbag-covered school books. A photo of the Donald Clark Osmond album was on one of them - Science, I think. It's my absolute favorite album of yours; I often pull it out of my RUclips library and play it while I put myself together in the morning. I was NEVER embarrassed or ashamed to say I loved your work. In fact, being an Osmond fan was what I was known for. You went through a really rough patch in the 80s; I was in high school at the time, graduated in '87. During those years, when it wasn't cool to like the Osmonds (especially not you😕), I put pictures of Osmond albums on the front of all my paperbag-covered school books. A photo of the Donald Clark Osmond album was on one of them - Science, I think. It's my absolute favorite album of yours; I often pull it out of my RUclips library and play it while I put myself together in the morning. I was NEVER embarrassed or ashamed to say I loved your work. In fact, being an Osmond fan was what I was known for. My deepest apologies, Donny, for not taking time to write to you during those difficult years to make you aware that you had a loyal, die-hard army standing with you. We were always out there. We always will be. Thank you for riding the storm out. Thank you for staying true to your morals. And please thank Debbie for sharing you with us!🥰

I looooved Donny Osmond. When I was 12 years old I had picked out a wedding dress and was just waiting it out. I played Hey Girl over and over until my brother hid my record player! Ok. I’m 60, very happily married wife of 42 years with 3 married children and 9 grandchildren. My husband thinks I’m hilarious when I drag out my Donny CDs and rock with him. I think he has been blessed by God. Now I’m have to learn this song.

This song is great. I just found it by accident. If I were still doing radio, I would do what I always did. Sneak this tune in under my jacket and play it on the air. (Yes, I got reprimanded a lot, but I didn't care). A great tune should be shared. This song SHOULD have gotten radio play. Donny Osmond has still got it! He sounds amazing and moves like a teenager pretty good for a man in his 60s! "You" has a beautiful contemporary pop sound that fits right into today's modern pop world of 2021. I would love to see him in Vegas. I grow up with Donny and the Osmonds the Jackson 5 David Cassidy and Partridge Family etc. It was a wonderful time to be alive.
