Its Bulimia she has. If she had anorexia shed be constantly starving herself but people with bulimia eat abnormally large amounts of food then throw it all up later in order to lose weight

I always just figured it was lost in translation bc even if thats what it says they weren't depicting anorexia which always left me confused asfffff
