I spent a couple years building a food forest but we got evicted and they killed all my heart and soul I won't get back into this kinda thing until I have my own land. I feel your pain. We rented and the house came with preexisting, beautiful fruit trees. We took care of them and shared the fruit with the neighbors. It was awesome. We lived there for years until the owners decided to move back in. We had to leave. A couple of years later, they sold the house and had the olive tree in front removed and all the trees in back removed. It broke my heart. So I can imagine what you went through. Some people just don't understand the importance of having a food forest.

Yeah you can’t build a food forest in a home you don’t own. Unless you keep them and grow them in 15-25 gallon containers.
