He's still a tenor even now. It's just not as bright and high as he was in this vid. I recently listen to his singing voice in 2015 abit and he did have younger and higher set voice during those time. His voice was the same with taeil, just not sing really high notes as often. He speak really low now doesn't exactly mean he is a baritone. Plus, his voice can't lowered and darkened to baritone in short time of years becuz...
1. he already going through vocal puberty (just not fully complete it yet during that time), he would likely be a baritone when he's much older.
2. He's already a high boyish tenor in this vid so the chance of him being baritone now is not very possible (he's a slightly heavier tenor now).
