Also for anyone else here, make sure your Logitech device is even supported by GHub to begin with. I have a G710+ keyboard and it is not supported by GHub, rather I am supposed to use Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) instead which is an older piece of software.

so i just had a windows update on my computer last night and ever since then my logitech g pro x wireless headset has not been working, it doesn’t even show up as a device in windows or in g hub
I think the same goes for Razer and their Synapse programs.
My G402 is not even detected anymore. It used to be visible but now it just says connect a new device.

Well problem: 1. Software is up to date
2. Dev manager is somehow blocked by windows so nice I love win 10

@Alxss_XD @lenol0315 I've returned my mouse and got another one, same model, and the second one worked. On the one that didn't work the clicks were also softer, and almost silent, compared to the one that's working, so my guess is that it was broken, sent for replacement, repaired and then sold to me as new.

Hi, my computer has stopped detecting my Logitech c922. I have tried almost everything. The webcam works at other computers. I have checked device manager, camera settings ÷allow apps). I even reset my computer. Still, my c922 is not being detected by windows 10.

WOW! Click check for updates! I'm not sure what makes me madder, the fact that I didn't check this first or the fact I had to update twice for some reason. I didn't think to do this because I had already reinstalled the software. I assumed it would install the latest version, silly me. So I literally reinstalled, then updated, reboot, update again and rebooted again. Thanks for the advice.
And if none of this helps, I have something that did for me; in Device Manager, under "Mice and other pointing devices", I had a driver entry for "Logitech Wireless Gaming Receiver", which was obviously not specific enough for G Hub; I had to right-click > Uninstall device, click "Uninstall", then unplug and reinsert the receiver for my G602 mouse. After that, I had a driver entry for "Logitech G602 Cordless Gaming Mouse", which _was_ specific enough, because G Hub instantly recognized that the mouse was connected and active, and I was able to change button assignments and edit profiles properly. Before, it _saw_ that I had a G602, but it saw it as being "Inactive". Hope this helps!
what does driver entry mean? my devices only include the name "HID-compliant mouse"

@@OctaviusGeorge i fixed mine. Turns out the G300S doesn't connect anyway and for my headphones I just had to update and restart the computer. Hope you work it out :)
Thank you! Looks like I needed an update, I plugged and unplugged and it worked! That was all it was. I can not believe it was that simple.

The solution might be to use a Logitech G-Series mouse if you want G Hub to detect a device.

i am so damn bloody exhausted. my g560 is detected by ghub but it says "not connected"... like how is that even possible.. ive done everything, read hundreds of forums, watched countless video and im exhausted AF!!! then suddenly it decides to work and 1 hr later it decides not to work... FYI it was working for about a month or two when I bought it. am so tired seriously.. great sound though, just that now i cant do any adjustments to the lightings or audio...

same exact thing with me, except with my brand-new g pro x headset. tried everything he said before i found this video, along with reinstalling drivers, reinstalling the device in windows, reinstalling g hub itself, and uninstalling previous windows updates, all to no avail. wish logitech would get their shit together, because right now the headset is practically useless.
im having this problem with my keyboard and logitech speakers, they randomly will be detected but when i shut the pc down and boot it back up they aren't detected again. super annoying. never had this issue until last night.

This software is ass, periodically it doesn't recognize any of my devices and I have to install it again over and over.
For anyone reading this...
Forcably Uninstall it using geekuninstaller.
It's free.
Then redownload.
But, the trick to fixing it is to start the app using a non Logitech mouse, or, your keyboard.
So turn off your mouse and unplug it.
Making The the selection to launch it again with Tab and enter.
Once it says plug in your device, plug it up and turn it on. Then it will recognize it.

I tried everything here and nothing was resolved, so I followed the same steps as some people looking at the comments, just uninstalled G Hub and reinstalled again, and that's it, but thanks for the help anyway

Kephren, I have a G600 MMO Gaming Mouse and the Logitech Gaming Software does not detect it. Updating the driver does nothing and neither does uninstalling and installing the software.

Okay, i have to ask. I have G603 and it can't be detected on logitech g hub by bluetooth connect, only by usb receiver. Any ideas? Of course it works on bluetooth but it can't be detected by g hub and i can't customize, it is visible only by usb receiver...

try unplug and plug your 3.5mm cable to DAC its worked for me

I have the new Litra and it's not detecting it in G Hub anymore. It has power, but I can no longer map light controls to my other Logitech devices. I'm so devastated, this is a new device! I followed your steps above, multiple times, to no avail.

This shit keeps happening to me, i uninstall clean up any lg folders and reinstall it works, a week later, "connect your gear" check for update stuck on processing files 100% rinse and repeat so bloody annoying, i turned of automatic updates which made it work a bit longer but still happened, also tried running as admin but still after a week or so my devices are missing and it wont update. Utter pain in the arse, one tip for anyone having this problem, you can find your settings in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\LGHUB and just copy the "settings.json" and "settings.backup" to your desktop and when you reinstall lghub just paste them back in there, it will save you having to do all your setting /bindings again.

If your mouse isn't showing and you need to redownload ghub to change dpi like me, try running ghub in compatibility mode for windows 8 and checking run as administrator.

What About Mac Its Saying Blocked Yeti Device
I am using Mac Mini M1 and I was not able to add my mouse MX Master 3 into Logitech Options app. As Bluetooth device I can add it but it is not recognized in Options. Says "No device selecred". After clicking add Bluetooth device it opens the OS native Bluetooth manager where mouse is already added.

This is all about wired peripherals, but all my peripherals are wireless (keyboard K380, mouse M337 and headphones G435). None of them are being detected by G Hub.
Got a new Logitech G Pro Wireless, it detects my mouse if I uninstall the software and reinstall, but after I restart or close my computer and reopen it, it's gone from the software.

None of the methods work for me i use my own method that is:
Step1 Grab the mouse
Step2 Connect it to My PS4
Step3 Leave it for 1 minute
Step4 Connect it to the laptop
And it works perfectly fine

FYI G510 is not supported in newest software which is G Hub, you might need to use LGS for your keyboard.
G Hub sees my devices so far nothing that I've clicked on is compatible with my new Logitech G910 Orion Spectrum RGB Wired Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and G903 mouse?

I have a Logitech G102 Prodigy mouse and it just won't show up in Logitech G Hub no matter what I do. I even contacted support and even they couldn't figure out what was the issue. I just want to control the RGB on it.
My G604 started showing "inactive" in GHUB after turning on my computer. Drivers were all up to date. What ended up working for me was to remove the mouse in device manager in the properties settings of the mouse. Then I reinstalled GHUB and repaired the mouse and it picked it up. Not sure why this happened, but at least it is working now.

Fucks sakes, just reinstall Ghub, there's a way to do it without losing your game settings. Just download an installer again but don't uninstall the Ghub you already have. It will tell you that Ghub is already installed on this PC and offer a reinstall with the settings intact
when i use the aux cables it doesnt work but when i use the adapter it works i dont want to use adapter because my mic will be bad
Does anyone happen to know if g hub no longer supports the use of the C920e? I had to call support and they had me download Logitune, which worked but I’m wondering if the settings from g hub are better in anyway. Just don’t see much for Logitune on here. Thanks!

@@therealgeronimo1127 yeah dude. I've been using OBS for years, it's great. You can go into the cam settings in there and configure the shit out of it, including contrast, brightness, auto/manual focus and the ability to remove the dark mode feature (so it stops being choppy). The only problem is that all that will only be applied when you're literally using OBS and nothing else...

I have a G900 wireless mouse, but it only detects it if I plug it in (it comes with a usb cord to use it plugged in and charge it). Annoying that I have to plug in a wireless mouse to change the settings. Never had this issue till GHUB.
LGHUB can detech my mouse now but for some reason the brightness goes 100% when I'm not in fullscrean RUclips video, whille in fullscreen youtube video it beecame low brightness(which what I want)
and it tell me to restart multiple times.....
