To everyone who has the loading problem, even after doing this; simply open task manager then try to look for each LGHB or like anything related to the Logitech Hub and end task, well before you do that you may need to go to more details then do it, and after you remove ALL OF THEM, just relaunch the application.
Yep, didn't work for me. I also tried the service.msc bit listed in the replies here. No joy. So I cannot see what percentage charge my mouse has other than the mouse lights which give too wide a range. Thanks for trying tho.
After doing this (not sure if actually needed, but I assume so) if it's still not working, Open task manager (Ctrl + Shift + escape) and click the more details dropdown at the bottom. Under apps click on the LGhub app and end task. Under back ground tasks, scroll down and end all tasks with the LG hub logo. Restart the LG hub.
This method no longer works (at least after recent ghub update) The new ghub update is faulty. "2022.03". You need to downgrade the ghub version. I was able to make it work after 2 days of research. Having a completly black keyboard. Unistalled the recent GHUB... installed and older version. PUM! works again.

Thank you, it finally worked! I had to remove the app from autostart afterwards and then add it back from inside G HUB's settings but now it seems to load properly with Windows. You have a very nice and soothing voice, by the way.
If this solution is working for you but you have to do it every time your computer starts, here is something to try: - Open your LGHUB folder, right click on "lghub_updater.exe" and select "send to > desktop (create shortcut)" - Open the Run prompt (Windows Key + R) and type "shell:startup" This opens a folder that controls what applications are executed when your computer starts - Copy and paste the shortcut you created into that folder - Try rebooting For me, the updater was the only one I had to manually launch every time, so that's all I did. It might not work if you need the crashpad_handler too, but then again you can try adding it to that folder too and see what happens. Hope this helps someone, and thanks for the video !
didn't work for me I start by installing Mid installation the program decides to start up and then both the installer and startup is stuck in an infinite loop. and if i follow these instructions, the crash pad and updater seam to work, but when i try to run the agent as admin it only gives me an error of ''Code execution'' telling me that it couldn't find the ''MFReadWrite.dll'' and that reinstalling may fix this... which it doesn't, cuz i've already done that, 3 times, different ways any ideas? like slapping the dll file in there myself

found the PERMANENT solution to this! > open logitech g hub’s file location. > create a shortcut for lghub agent (error will popup if u want to place the shortcut in the desktop just hit yes) > hit win + r and type shell:startup > drag the shortcut u made in the desktop over to this folder > restart > GHUB SHOULD PERMANENTLY ALWAYS LOAD NOW. NO MORE ANNOYING STUCK LOADING SCREENS
Logitech make some good hardware, but this software is absolute trash and I'll never recommend anyone getting Logitech hardware that requires using G Hub
A quick fix for it is to just go into task manager and just end all of the LG Hub processes. This wont fix it permanently but it will make it open if you DPI is all screwed up.
All I had to do to fix this issue was shutdown my PC manually and then boot it back up again. I'll try this method if the method I used doesn't work again. Thanks for the advice! Edit:8/25/23 My method didn't work the 2nd time it happened, so I did your method and it worked!!
If it still doesn't work for you try this: (worked for me) Open task manager and end all ghub related tasks that you see. One's with the G logo and also your game integration processes. Then follow the instructions in the video.

tried everything, nothing will work. done all this, then done the whole delete roaming stuff, uninstalled and deleted everything and re installed. the only thing i cant do is to install the media pack which some people say works. i can't find the one to install

Thank you, finally, my G513 has back it's debatable value back. I dislike the software and things like that I cannot set the some of the f-keys to be just regular f-keys and some to have their second function without needing to press the FN key.

hey uh, im pretty sure the video is helpful but if you are finding issues after this. it might be a problem from playing around in the audio end point builder from disabling an asset called "LG Updater" which will seriously stop the app from opening. if you still find issues, try to remember what u did with services on the computer

So, what worked for me was going into task manager and ending all GHub processes. After that, I opened the GHub_agent and it loaded my default profile for my keyboard layout and I was able to get into the GHub itself with no issues.
All i had to do was to delete all files in my Folder, it had created some new weird folders named LGHUB 12.232-323 random stuff that i had to throw. Was opened through some CSGO adaption i had to close. Reinstalled then and fixed !
are you sure that GHUB itself isn't the virus? Whenever I open a game, GHUB hijacks my lighting to stupid modes where I can't see my keyboard anymore. (ex. breathing mode, or only highlights WASD, etc) And, can't get past the welcome screen because there is no dismiss button for it. So I gotta reinstall every time now. Or force close the app via taskmgr to get my lighting back. There was nothing wrong with the old software :(
Reinstalled so many times still stuck at "downloading resource". Uninstall it and reinstall also didn't work, so i just wiped the LGHUB installation folder and installed again finally it work.

Is your window is in N version ? eg window 10 pro N or Home N
if yes, you could try reinstall with no N version

What i did is reset my whole pc and it works or you can download the old software Logitech gaming software but won't support new accessories.

The files are different for each windows version. Instead install Media Feature Pack for you windows, that should fix your problem.

Tried today and it doesn't seem to work. If you download the installer there is now an option to migrate your previous settings on a re-install.

I just closed it in task manager the updater the agent and the other 3 or 4 random g hub processes and it fired right up
