He uses to do yearly wrap up showing the years finds. He's also done videos on certain types of his finds. Point is he's got lots of videos of his collections. Hope this helps
Chigg I had a son that was so interested in the Civil war he knew so much about the history of the USA it was amazing. Unfortunately we lost him to muscular dystrophy at the age of 16. When I watch your videos it always makes feel good inside and brings back so many memories of us talking about the US history. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Have you ever thought of talking to a middle school or high school class about U.S. history, particularly the Civil War period? That way, you could pass on to the students your interest, and that of your son's, on the subject. During these pandemic times, I'm thinking you may not be able to go to a classroom in person, but attending by live streaming phone call (Zoom, Skype or whatever) would be next best thing and convenient, too. Around the middle of 2019, I began watching metal detecting youtubers. As you know, once you watch a particular subject you are bombarded with choices. After viewing many different videos, I found myself coming back to yours. Your videos were not only entertaining but very informative. They instilled an interest to take metal detecting up as a hobby. For Christmas I received a Garrett AT pro. Watching your videos, I learned as much about my detector as I learn from reading the instruction manual. I was a Civil War mounted cavalry reenactor from 1987-2013 and have been metal detecting on and off for over 30 years. I am also a member of the 35th State Relic Hunters. I cannot commend you enough on the unselfish & caring attitude about preserving & sharing history with others and especially with young people. I have used several of your RUclips hunts during my classroom activities & the students love them! Some students have even gone out and bought detectors and are hunting relics now! Chigg I spend all day outdoors as a Certified Arborist inspecting trees and shrubs and lawn for people... at the end of the day, i want NOTHING to do with the outdoors.... but I love your videos. I get to live vicariously through your adventures, so when I'm exhausted at the end of the day and all I want to do is sit in a big fluffy chair in the AC and just hang out watching the youtube, you're still my favorite adventurer to spend time with. That video you described with all the silver dollars was the first video I saw of yours. It was actually the video that inspired me to buy my first detector. For years I was debating whether or not to get one. And that video pushed me over the edge and I finally bought one. I've been digging treasure and cleaning up the ground ever since! If you can't get out and travel to some permissions, then you have time to do research and find old maps and reports and such to build up a good list of historic areas to check out WHEN you can get out there and search them. Lots of databases and other info are available online that treasure hunters back in the day had to search for in obscure libraries for years, if they could find it at all. Make your chances better while you have the time.
Maybe you can start a local kids club and and start hunting! There’s stuff everywhere! I was in Chicago once and detected in the only dirt near me . It was a tree with about 6x6 dirt around bottom. I found a silver quarter!

I watch and subscribe to alot of you tube channels and i mean alot, but yours is my favorite because it's so interesting , i learn a real lot and it makes me think. I don't think i ever thunk much before i started watching you explore.
With your videos oh, it's easier for me to show my grandchildren and great-grandchildren the things in use during my childhood and as I grew up into a young adult! Brings back memories of all those things I held in my hand at one time or another, the coins that were commonplace in my childhood and early teens. And the everyday items. When we first moved to my grandparents home in the country in Arkansas, wood and coal stoves for all throughout the house. My grandmother cooked on a wood stove I remember cutting kindling. The Wash Tub getting water from a well and making homemade lye soap. Mason and ball jars for all the canning my granny did

I was looking at the ground from a little girl. Finding objects and questioning them. Family was fishing- I was exploring. I have a detector and taught my grandkids to use it. They have to be inquisitive with me. I learned so much from you.

I love how you display all your cool finds! I've just started magnet fishing and have begun a small collection of antiquities and oddities, included a safe door, and old lock and a foreign coin! I really love making videos about finding these treasures, and really enjoy your videos and how you tie in nature and history.
I also love history, getting close and personal with these artifacts you find is exciting. But you give us the story, a lesson about artifacts, learning this way is awesome even at my age (a little older than you).

Good job. You are a very interesting educator. Your videos are always interesting from pointing out an eagle flying over head or a turtle in the creek. To finding a rose head nail or a square head nail telling viewers how old it is. To finding artillery shells from the civil war; investigating old roads long forgotten homesteads where you find thing that are lost and forgotten.I luv history also and look forward watching. You have more of an influence on people of all ages and have taught even me quite a bit ( I'm 55 years of age ) . Have you ever thought about doing presentations at any of the nearby schools talking and showing the different things you find ? I think it's something you would do very well and catch the interest of a lot of the younger generation .
You're a natural-born teacher and bursting with enthusiasm, you want to convey all that information and it sometimes interferes (logjams), with your speech. That's normal for a gifted person and part of the chemistry. You remind me a lot of our (UK) Sir David Attenborough - it's a compliment :) Being able to successfully pull yourself up (from very little), by your shoelaces through hard work is what America (to the world), represents. You brought up the significance of how personal a pocket knife is, reminded me of a old fame I was doing some metal detecting on. The old woman gave me permission, and ask me to show her what I find. Of the thing I found was a old closed pocket knife. When she saw the knife she almost cried. She remembered the knife from being a young girl and it belonging to her grandfather. She remembered him losing it and hunting for weeks for it. Long after he lost it, he bring it up from time to time. Really made her day.

Chigg I spend all day outdoors as a Certified Arborist inspecting trees and shrubs and lawn for people... at the end of the day, i want NOTHING to do with the outdoors.... but I love your videos. I get to live vicariously through your adventures, so when I'm exhausted at the end of the day and all I want to do is sit in a big fluffy chair in the AC and just hang out watching the youtube, you're still my favorite adventurer to spend time with. I always share you on my facebook, I want the legend of the Chigg to grow!

That video you described with all the silver dollars was the first video I saw of yours. It was actually the video that inspired me to buy my first detector. For years I was debating whether or not to get one. And that video pushed me over the edge and I finally bought one. I've been digging treasure and cleaning up the ground ever since! Imagine your pocket money came in coins and bullion. But in the ground in some area no-one ever hunts and you have permission for...
If you can't get out and travel to some permissions, then you have time to do research and find old maps and reports and such to build up a good list of historic areas to check out WHEN you can get out there and search them. Lots of databases and other info are available online that treasure hunters back in the day had to search for in obscure libraries for years, if they could find it at all. Make your chances better while you have the time.
Maybe you can start a local kids club and and start hunting! There’s stuff everywhere! I was in Chicago once and detected in the only dirt near me . It was a tree with about 6x6 dirt around bottom. I found a silver quarter!

With your videos oh, it's easier for me to show my grandchildren and great-grandchildren the things in use during my childhood and as I grew up into a young adult! Brings back memories of all those things I held in my hand at one time or another, the coins that were commonplace in my childhood and early teens. And the everyday items. When we first moved to my grandparents home in the country in Arkansas, wood and coal stoves for all throughout the house. My grandmother cooked on a wood stove I remember cutting kindling. The Wash Tub getting water from a well and making homemade lye soap. Mason and ball jars for all the canning my granny did
You would be excellent because in your videos your excitement is infectious about what you find. And you teach so many things we are not taught in schools. And your right kids these days don’t understand it have the interest in the things that happened here before.
I was looking at the ground from a little girl. Finding objects and questioning them. Family was fishing- I was exploring. I have a detector and taught my grandkids to use it. They have to be inquisitive with me. I learned so much from you.

I love how you display all your cool finds! I've just started magnet fishing and have begun a small collection of antiquities and oddities, included a safe door, and old lock and a foreign coin!

I also love history, getting close and personal with these artifacts you find is exciting. But you give us the story, a lesson about artifacts, learning this way is awesome even at my age (a little older than you).

Good job. You are a very interesting educator. Your videos are always interesting from pointing out an eagle flying over head or a turtle in the creek. To finding a rose head nail or a square head nail telling viewers how old it is. To finding artillery shells from the civil war; investigating old roads long forgotten homesteads where you find thing that are lost and forgotten.I luv history also and look forward watching. You have more of an influence on people of all ages and have taught even me quite a bit ( I'm 55 years of age ) . Have you ever thought about doing presentations at any of the nearby schools talking and showing the different things you find ? I think it's something you would do very well and catch the interest of a lot of the younger generation .
we did that a few times the Kids seemed to really like the presentations

You're a natural-born teacher and bursting with enthusiasm, you want to convey all that information and it sometimes interferes (logjams), with your speech. That's normal for a gifted person and part of the chemistry. You remind me a lot of our (UK) Sir David Attenborough - it's a compliment :) Being able to successfully pull yourself up (from very little), by your shoelaces through hard work is what America (to the world), represents. You brought up the significance of how personal a pocket knife is, reminded me of a old fame I was doing some metal detecting on. The old woman gave me permission, and ask me to show her what I find. Of the thing I found was a old closed pocket knife. When she saw the knife she almost cried. She remembered the knife from being a young girl and it belonging to her grandfather. She remembered him losing it and hunting for weeks for it. Long after he lost it, he bring it up from time to time. Really made her day.
