This trick works soooo well! I just got this collar yesterday and have been fighting to get it to fit my tiny neck. It just was not snug enough and my chin was actually chaffing because it was sliding around. This is perfect, thank you!!!!
Did you place the extra white plastic piece in the front to increase the height at the front? (I'm in the middle of being fitted for one by my orthotist and we're already overlapping the lining like you do, but we think it might still be slightly short and are looking at options to adapt it).
