К моему удивлению это был супер материал, легкий, пористый и удобный в работе. Желательно брать старый просоленый и ветки не особо толстые. Думаю плавник с балтики будет не хуже черноморского. Удачи

Lepszy sprzęt ułatwia i przyspiesza proces 😉 ale i bez niego można uzyskać taką samą jakość 👌 ja chyba też dremela zamówię na zbliżające się urodziny 🙂
It is in Poland 👀 but you're the second person that mentioned that 😉 however if it would be Sweden the perches would be three times the size 😅 I remember once on holiday in Karlsborg we were fishing with my girlfriend we caught plenty of perch from 25cm up to her PB 39cm 1kg ☺️
Thank you 😊 just keep in mind in order for the mirror effect powder to work it need to be applied specifically on "top coat no wipe" nail UV resin - it wouldn't do the right effect on the normal UV resin - once you have the mirror effect done you can clear coat with resin of your choice 😉

@@goran79kt pros: you can fish the lure already same day 😉 cones: not as durable as 30min/12h epoxy, will yellow on the lure rather fast - which will ruin the looks, very short working window to clear coat the lures(no chance to clear multiple lures at the same time) I did use it once in emergency situation, but in general I prefer regular long curing epoxy, or lately big fan of the UV resin - you can also make and fish the lure on the same day 😉
@@SuchaJerkCustomLures till now 5 min epoxy did turn yellow. I have purchased boat varnish which turned yellowish when cured. Regarding endurance, there is a lot of snags here so basically I lose it before it gets damaged 😎 Managed to break down a lip but 5 min epoxy remained OK. Tnx for the tips!
Love it! I make lures myself too and I know how much it hurts to lose a lure (big or small) that you have made and not just bought. I'm also from Poland. Just wondering if superglue works well for wire eyelets and lips glue-ups. I thought superglue it might be too weak/unreliable for that. That's why I've been using epoxy resin for eyelets and lips. Is superglue strong enough for those glue-ups in your experience? Thanks
In my opinion super glue is stronger than 5mon epoxy, probably less than long cure epoxy. Using it for the lip glueing and never had any issue, that being said, I do not use acrylic/plexiglass and I've heard it make it brittle. Screw on eyes I almost never use, the only time I did it was in my glide bait lure, but than I used epoxy. Mainly I use it to seal/strengthen balsa wood, after layer of super glue is incredibly tough !!
It came out very nice... but it was made shallow runner for shallow river chub fishing - obviously the river was flooded, again... So I went for alternative perch fishing 😉

What paste do you use to close the weight hole? What type of colors do you use? I’m sorry, too many questions 🤣

Thank you 😌 so tungsten ball of the same weight will have smaller diameter, so it will sit lower in the lure body and that equals more stable action 🙂 of course it still will work with lead instead 👌it's just that little extra that can improve on the lure performance, so why not 😉

Thanks mate 😊 well in case of snagging, sometimes yes 😋as was the case with that lure: ruclips.net/video/eqKqW4NSPxY/видео.html I snagged it on the three in the 5th cast and I was really upset because it was labor intensive lure with special finish 😓 In case of the "viral minnow" of course it was replica already - the original after going viral on RUclips was straight away put on the wall of fame and never fished 😉 so loosing the replica is not a big deal, as at any time I can recreate it 😊 I also have the rule once I caught new PB on some lure it also goes on the wall of fame with fish picture and I will recreate it to fish with the replica 😉 those are the perks of being lure maker 🥰
No secrets on this channel Mr 😉 You need to look in nail art section for "mirror finish" many different colours available. However keep in mind it will only give you the desired effect once applied over UV nail resin "top coat no wipe" 😉
That is called "mirror effect powder" it's normally used for the nails decoration - available in many different colours - one important note it must be apply on top of "too coat no wipe" UV nail polish 🙂

I don't see why not 😉 I choo balsa because of the bouyancy - you can place relatively big weight to make the lure stable in the current 😉 also to shape 1" crank of hard wood might be dangerous for the fingers and also keep in mind to put less weight 👌

Hi, it's called the "magic powder mirror effect", it's a powder for 💅 art, you can buy it in nail art salons, or online. Important is that you will buy the "top coat no wipe" type of nail UV gel, otherwise it will look like regular glitter instead of giving the reflective effect 😉
Any shop with nail 💅 decorative accessories, important that you'll also buy this specific "top coat no wipe" cause it wouldn't have the mirror effect on top of any other UV resin)nail polish 😉
Check with your local drug dealer 😅 jokes aside - it is called mirror effect powder and you need to look in nail art section of your eBay/Amazon/AliExpress 😉
What do you mean by "how to version" ? All the steps are shown one by one in this video - the only mandatory thing is that you will use "top coat no wipe" UV nail polish before applying the mirror powder 😉 and as the powder is concerned just look up online "mirror effect powder" in the nail art section 😉

Tutaj w związku z tym, że grubasek to 2x 7mm, drut najcieńszy jaki posiadam 0.5mm a kulka z wolframu ma 4mm i waży 0.6g 😉

Why balsa?? Seems super soft and not real durable, Can I use Aussie hardwoods instead ?? Cos that's where I am and what I have at hand

Hi, it's called the "magic powder mirror effect", it's a powder for 💅 art, you can buy it in nail art salons, or online. Important is that you will buy the "top coat no wipe" type of nail UV gel, otherwise it will look like regular glitter instead of giving the reflective effect 😉

Any shop with nail 💅 decorative accessories, important that you'll also buy this specific "top coat no wipe" cause it wouldn't have the mirror effect on top of any other UV resin)nail polish 😉

What do you mean by "how to version" ? All the steps are shown one by one in this video - the only mandatory thing is that you will use "top coat no wipe" UV nail polish before applying the mirror powder 😉 and as the powder is concerned just look up online "mirror effect powder" in the nail art section 😉

@@bubbleheadft no large mouth 😢 mainly Perch, Zander (European walleye) and Asp (like fresh water mini Tarpon 😜) and pike - but I don't target them because they're rare in my area. We also have native brown trout and stockie rainbows, but I need to travel around 100miles for them 😉

🤔 No clue, however this batch was rather hard for balsa standards 😉 the big issue is for whatever reason is not avaliable in Poland from few months already... No distributors have it... I still have decent stash 😉 but I hope it will be avaliable soon enough...

Coniferous and Deciduous. Cone shaped (think pine trees)
Deciduous (broad leaves like maple leafs or oak leafs)
Coniferous are classified as softwood
Deciduous are classified as hardwood
There may be exceptions, but rare outliers.
