To celebrate, I made some huge deep fried mozzarella cheese sticks! I have not made this at home before so the preparation part was a hot mess so please forgive me. However, it sure tasted delicious! Deep fried, crispy, cheesy mozzarella sticks coated in three different types of crumb. What's not to love?
Ingredients:
Mozzarella cheese sticks (mine was in a block and I cut them up)
Plain flour
Beaten eggs
Crushed cornflakes
Crushed Doritos (I used Cool Ranch)
Panko Breadcrumbs (seasoned with garlic powder)
Oil
