You do not eat the bones. The edible tissue on the feet consists of skin and tendons, with no muscle. You pretty much nibble on the skin and tendons. 😃

Thankyou I thought you had to boil the chicken feet for 30min then into cold water then skin all of the outer skin on feet I notice you only do the pad on the feet is that right as it took me over an hour to skin 1 kilo of feet😡
The inner palm of it is soft tender meaty and melt in mouth fatty similar to if you ever had pork belly, because of its gelatin. The toes are basically very soften well marinated fall off the bones skin, if you deep fry the feet, they have a firm spongy texture similar to pork rinds but not crunchy because its doused in sauce. But it falls off like tender skin like on saucy chicken wing.
