Chocolate Thunder that part
You just have to be careful with fasting. You gain it back faster than you lost it. I gained 4 lbs in one day. I did a 7 day fast lost 7 lbs. Then ate some french fries. Checked the scale the next day i gained 4 back. You have to eat really clean after fasting.

Great Show! Gia came in late, but strong! ‘Tasia is a super talent. The energy of this show was less racket but one of the best ones yet!
Fantasia should do a podcast or at least cohost "The Real" for a week. She is a great conversationalist. Compassionate, entertaining, quick , asks and answers questions effectively, even when the topic changes she remembers her original point.
