What is Markup in profit loss
In ist and 2nd question, why are we doing reduced price ×(100÷80) ? What is the concept there?
80% from 100% difference is 20
In context with question 1 Considering 6.25 the original price the seller gave 20% reduction which means 6.25*(100-20)/100=6.25*80/100=5

everything is fine but sometimes you pickup cp and sometimes its sp, you don't clarify stuff. there were two methods for the 5th question, and this second method gives different anwwer for the 6th question. You again didn't clarify which one to be used wjen
Sir! In Q3 we divided 1200/5 where 5 is CP to find the selling price but in Q5 you divided 1140/19 and not 20 which is the CP why so? In which condition do we need to choose CP and SP? Kindly guide.

@@OnlineStudy4u sir in Q3 if we just calculate the value of 20% of 1200 and then deduct the value from the CP 1200, similarly, in Q4 calculate the value of 12.5% of 1200 and add that value with the CP 1200

I have a doubt about question no.7 : to me I got the answer is 575 but u told me that is 500 .... If 500 is original price then 20 % of 500 =100 ,here 500+100=600 , In the question C paid 690 rupees not 600. If we assume 575 as the original price then 20% of 575 is 115 , 575+115= 690.
I think I am correct.
A sold B at 15% so the price at B purchase is 575 Rs then B sold at 20 % so, 20% of 575 = 155, SP = 575+115 = 690

Let consider selling price is 100
So
Selling prize = 100₹
Profit is 320 %, so cost prize =420₹
Again cost prize is increased by 25%
So CP becomes = 525 ₹
Profit % = 425/100 * 100 = 425%
