I love ❤️ your review on these they are my most desired piece of all. Only sharpie roller ball tops an every time writer. But I only use these for drawing ✍️ coloring. In small amounts. Cant wait for more colors from Le 🖊️ love ❤️ u so much. Jp
i am currently at a high school age (i think, homeschooled.) and i love these! i stole a dark blue from my mom's purse and was in love, so i looked up the brand name and bought a basic set of colors, i use them all the time now and enjoy em greatly!!
I don't write with a standard grip and I don't put a lot of preasure down on the paper so I love these. They are better than gel pens for me because I can't smear these and better than ballpoints because I don't need presure. It also like the prefect size and shape for my grip with the top having a near prefect balance in my hand
My Le Pens feel really smooth with writing. Can you tell me since you made this video, have they faded for you on any writing or work? They haven't for me but someone else said they did for him.
Agreed! The barrel is a killer on the hand. I mostly use mine for fine line art work on botanicals. I haven’t seen all the colors laid out like that 👍🏼 Thanks for the review!
I remember these from middle school also. When I saw them recently I couldn't believe they still make them! I too want to like them but have a hard time with how skinny they are.
As a person with small hands, I think that these would actually be right up my alley. They are very pretty to look at and I would like to get my hands on just one to see if I would enjoy using them, though I do not use much line color in my bullet journal, for my art these would probably work very nicely. edit: you didn't get them wet XD
I love the round barrels of the Le Pen but I wanted more colors. I've found a better selection in Rushon Petites (although the branding does rub off of the barrels). I haven't used the entire color selection of Le Pens although I've used most if not all of the Rushons. Now I'm curious how the barrel size compares between the Le Pen and the Rushon Petite. They do have the same size cap as the Le Pen so I wouldn't be surprised if they're similar though.
Rachel Steiner I just went and checked mine, they are the same. Like exactly - if it wasn't for the barrel colour I couldn't tell the difference, look like they're manufactured at the same place. Agree about the petite colour variety 👍
I am totally with you on pens with narrow barrels. They hurt! I generally end up using what I call a "squishy", one of those silicone wrap things, to keep my finger dent from hurting. Do those help you at all?
“Match the ink color” my ass lol; I was so excited for the lavender/orchid color and it’s so much darker. I love le pens but I used to use them for lineart and the don’t behave very light fast, or so I’m told, so I’ve been trying other things. I still use them to doodle and take notes sometimes. C: Thanks for the review! I love your opinions on things.
Okay, I was so interested in this. I found some Le Plume II brush markers at a Tuesday Morning. I see it's made by Marvy Uchida, but wondered if I got some knock off shit. Le Plume vs. Le Pen?? On their website I see Le Plume brush markers, so I guess they just use that name for those. Kind of confusing to me. Edit: I don't see Le Plume brush markers specifically. Upon looking again, I see other products with that name.
Sad when you realize you have evolved from the things that were life when you were younger. On the bright side, when it happened to me, it was coupled with the realization that I can afford better stuff than I could back then. HAHA!
Literally. I just saw your comment starting with "MaxCruise37, did you really think we thought wings were real?" I literally just saw that comment. From you. Oh god I'm literally trippin
Still loving that June cover page! I am a stationary addict. Everytime I watch a pen or journal review, it makes me want to go out & buy them. #istherea12stepprogramforstationaryaddicts
Can you PLEASE, pretty please, with cider!! do a sheet with that bubble lettering on, or I'm gonna have to video and instagram stalk you and take photos of my TV and I'm not drunk enough for that!!!
Puddytatpurr well she has a practice lettering sheet on her website but some letters do not look like the ones she does currently ( if that’s how you say it ) 🤗
I have small hands (and bony fingers) and an odd grip (sometimes I grip hard) and I'm heavy handed with fineliners (sometimes) and my hands cramp up a lot so no to these pens then
I was really liking the colors until you said they make your hands cramp up. I have way too many issues with hand pain to be able to tolerate that from pens. :-(

Junior high me drove my teachers nuts by being extra and turning in assignments written in burgundy and orchid ink. They fit my hands back then, .too
Am I the only one that wanted the colors to be named, le blue, le teal, or le burgendy? 😂😂
😂 That would've been nice
😂
I am the type of person who will buy pens for the sake of buying pens, but I didn't know that Le Pen was still around!
I ordered the 18 count set. I really like the colors. I hope the small size doesn't bug me.

I agree and I love to use them for my Chinese writings.
Omg, I love them because they are so small and skinny. But I totally understand what you’re saying about cramping

I love the le pens they were the first fineliners i picked up years n years ago! I agree i dont like the small size either!

You should check out the Arteza fineliners. A set of 72 is $26 on amazon!
Perhaps they mean smudge proof by when you highlight over them? But I feel like a sweaty hand is the same things as a highlighter. 🤷

Do these pens have a dry out resistant claim? Thank you for your videos! You really inspire me!
Can you review the Papermate Flairs? Love your videos!!
Hey send me yours if u don’t want them, lol ❤ I’ll take every one of them.
Thanku for the review on them. I’m a dedicated user of Le pen 🖊️

These used to be my favorite pens! However, the nib wears down WAY too fast for me! 😔
Yaaaaaaaaaas Queeeeeeen I so have a pen problem and may need intervention lol the nib always matters lol xxx. Love ya xxxxx
