M. Fairbanks ne semble avoir aucun problème avec l'humour de M. Humphries, Dame Edna. Il semble d'ailleurs être très à l'aise , ce qui semble dérouter Dame Edna un peu. Ce qui s'appelle avoir de la classe.

She is fabulous! How can anyone abhor cross dressers like this? Funniest skit is in the balcony with Charles and Camilla. I’ve watched it tens of times! Also loved Madge and her daughter valmae.

That’s cause Dame Edna wasn’t an untalented drag queen. The “persona” of Dame Edna was a person unto themselves. Wit, humour, class, talent, made what we all knew and loved. It wasn’t a two bit drag queen going up on stage and dancing and lip syncing to someone else’s music.
