For the past several months I've been working with the amazing team at The Global Classroom, a partnership with Scarisbrick Hall School (UK) and the World Health Organization with support by UNICEF.
We've brought together several renowned breathing experts and superstars for a 40-minute long video program to raise breathing awareness for youth around the world, focusing on kids in developing nations.
Everything is free and open to everyone, everywhere. There are no Pepsi or Flamin' Hot Cheetos ads.

Why does wim hof breathe through his mouth but James Nestor says to breath through the noes. Please answer this I don’t see this being asked anywhere
WHM is like a short exercise, Nasal breathing is for the rest of the 24h :)
I really need to know this too! Everything Nestor says about the negative effects of mouth-breathing would mean that the Wim-Hof method would be terrible for you. Please let me know if anyone has answered this for you. Many thanks
@@tom.yogabreathing from what I’ve read it’s like any other exercise. Go through a somewhat inflammatory state like working out or exercising. Just the habitual state while doing normal activities or sleeping should be through nose.
