This guy got so much attention in the 1990’s. Wrote a book, was interviewed by Diane Sawyer, and everything. Only thing missing was a Martin Scorsese-directed biopic. I guess Henry Hill was the luckier one of the two.
@@stomper2888yeah your correct maybe he meant a Martin Scorsese movie … or even a movie better than a 7😂 . HBO Gotti was the best of the 3 that’s for sure
The reason Sammy is so unliked is not because he killed other gangsters participating in the game. No, Sammy is unliked because there’s no redemptive quality to his story and he has no remorse for the murders. I think about our veterans who develop PTSD after killing people during war, even though it is socially accepted and encouraged. They often feel regret, remorse, and guilt despite the hero’s narrative attached to the United States’ military. The things that bothers me about Sammy is that he has no remorse whatsoever. To top it off, he doesn’t believe hell is real, which to me indicates he doesn’t understand the gravity of it all. Killing should not be taken so lightly. For these reasons, I believe Sammy is a sociopath. Or at a minimum, he’s incapable of feeling empathy towards other people. He views other people as objects to be either exploited for his benefit or moved out of the way.
Well, Gotti was going to kill him anyway so what is the difference? That's why he cooperated. He hears Gotti on a wire tap talking about wanting to kill him and decides it's in his best interest to cooperate.

This guy never blames himself for anything, it’s always someone else’s fault. The victim who died, it was his fault because he broke our rules. When he pulls the trigger, it’s the boss’s fault because he told him to do it. When he’s the guy who tells someone else to do it, it’s Gods fault because he made him. Good lord what a psycho
People need to understand that the mafia itself is a direct result of unchecked migration. Amongst Italian architects, tailors, artists and merchants who came in when the gates where opened, also came in cold blooded killers hidden amongst them, who would change the face of America from then on. Imagine the trauma of a upper middle class neighborhood hearing gunshots, and waking up to a dead body in the street. Some people probably relocated after such an incident, some were traumatized beyond repair. That's what unchecked mass migration and consequently the mafia did to America and it's people.
With a million subs and hundreds of thousands of views per video. This guy is making 15-20k a month of RUclips alone. Possibly way more if he has different social media accounts. Thats a damn good living for doing 1 interview a month.
Always felt like Gotti and Sammy were a massive missed opportunity for Scorsese. The HBO movie is incredible though. But I just think a high budget movie with Marty at the helm would be an all timer.
At first I thought he was just a murder, thief, drug dealer and RATT. After hearing this interview I now realize that Sammy is also not that bright. Hearing him speak makes all listening drop a few IQ points. The Federal government should have locked up Gotti for a couple of years and this guy the death penalty
It's weird that sammy admits to murders and shit. He's one of the only mafia members who openly admit a crime that can still put him away like that and will give details. Something about this guy don't sit right with me.

He tells the same stories over and over, plus he's not very good on RUclips because most people are bored with repetitive one dimensional hoodlum tales.
