@@idlegrateness My grandma always put the pork, peanuts, seasoning, black soy souce, cremini/portabella mushroom, pepper and sticky rice inside the bak chang. But before that she had to cook all of the ingredient at first then she wrapped together with the uncooked sticky rice. 😊
@@idlegrateness but you can try the recipe. 😋 You can make sticky rice cake with the same filling if you didn't have any zongzi leaves or pandans leaves. Just don't put the water with the rice. I mean you have to steam it. That sticky rice must be soak for at least 15minutes to 30 minutes. It depends on the types of rice that you wan to cook.
