    Thank you very much for sharing. I did moderation analysis using SmartPls version 3. Now learning this version. Is it possible that the moderation analysis results are different from previous version, sir?

      Not really, may be very little difference and that is because of Bootstrapping.

    Good Evening Sir, It was a wonderful session, but Sir while reporting, in the first step you told to describe the R-Sq values of the ISQ "without & with" the inclusion of the moderator (Role stress) and mention the difference.
    But Sir, if there are three moderators then do we need to report the R-Sq values of ISQ (without & with the moderator) for the three moderators separately or combinedly ?
    For e.g. I have three moderators (Confrontation, Authenticity & Collaboration) and I am checking their moderating effect on the relationship between Organisation Culture (OCu) and Job Satisfaction (JBS). Then
    I will mention the R -Sq value of JBS for the above three moderators individually or
    I will simply mention the R-Sq value of JBS without the three moderators and with the three moderators?

    thank you for your precious videos; I just have a question; if a moderator affect positively the negative relationship between IV and DV; does this moderator boost the relationship or weaken it?

    • @researchwithfawad

      @@researchwithfawad thanks for your answer; my tutor confirm your idea; however, I'm confused because I read a paper in "Psychology and Marketing" journal, the author assert the negative moderator intensify the negative relationship between IV and DV. How can a moderator despite its sign (positive or negative) strengthen a negative relationship between IV and DV?!

    Good Evening Sir, It was a great session. But Sir, the only thing that is confusing me is that, do we have to check & report the outer loadings of the indicators of the moderating construct (i.e. Role Stress) and Alpha, CR, AVE of Role stress, before reporting its effect as a moderator for (IM--->ISQ) relationship?
    Because Sir, you had told us earlier that we should not bring the moderator and draw its effect during the measurement model and it should be done only during structural model analysis. So initially we have not reported these aspects (indicator loadings, Alpha, CR, AVE) of Role stress and here during analysis, we are only reporting the effect of Role stress as a moderator. So what is the correct procedure?

    • @researchwithfawad
      @researchwithfawad  3 месяца назад +1

    Sir before runing the moderation analysis with the boostrapping technique, we need to run simple PLS inclusive of the moderating variable - In order to remove the factor loadings which might be below 0.50. After removing the factor loadings which might be below 0.50, we need to re run the analysis. Am I going in the right direction up til now? After this we need to report f-square, r-square readings and simple slope analysis from the simple PLS and then the Path coefficient which can be obtained from the PLS Bootstrapping method. Is this sequence correct?

    In interpretation you wrote in the conclusion "higher roles stress weakens the impact of IM on ISQ". Do you mean higher role stress weaken the negative relationship between IM and ISQ? Which is extracted through moderation analysis? I need to discuss this with you. If you could give me some time

    • @researchwithfawad

      The R-Sq without the inclusion of Moderating effect is the same as with the inclusion of Moderating effect, this means R-Sq is not contributing in explaining variance in the dependent variable. Check for P-value of your moderating effect, it may well also be insignificant.
