Most people would require a mortgage from a bank. With cash buyers, obviously the source of the finance needs to be legit. HK people works hard, good at saving and investments to not necessary require a mortgage to purchase their new homes in the UK 👍
我用了五個月時間便成功,開頭個間律師行清盤,只是畀了手續費,好彩沒有把重要文件交到律師樓,否則不知怎樣攞番文件,而律師樓也退回費用。
我之後個間律師樓是有一位星加坡人律師,會講國語,在簽約時職員用廣東話講解內容,所以過程順利。
我在資產審查又好順利,因我退休好多年,我把港出售樓宇的律師樓文件,星加坡銀行離岸户口月結單,匯款到英國銀行的文件,英國銀行月結單,之後便無任何追加文件。前後兩間律師樓計算,用了五個月便成交。

聽完我都慶幸冇自己搵agent買屋!首先有chain嘅屋應該一早提出俾potential賣家知道,唔係accept offer後人哋做咗一大餐嘢先嚟講!其實當我知道間屋有chain嘅都一律不會考慮,費事煩!喺香港嘅話真係睬呢啲賣家都有味!玩嘢咩?!自己未搞掂去向學人賣咩樓呀😂 有地產幫佢做嘢就奇喇!浪費大家時間,呢個chain嘅文化真係好有問題!
英國人做嘢唔單止慢,仲好奇怪好冇交帶,最差就係好多都好古惑!呢幾年唔知幾多香港人俾人呃咗,俾幾次律師樓錢都未買到一間屋大有人在。仲要問咁多銀行statement相關嘅嘢好有可疑囉!講到尾都係避免同獨立賣家買屋比較冇咁煩同勞氣,要買(或租)就直接同發展商deal冇咁激氣喇。

我記得我自己買第二間屋嘅時候都經歷好多... 我哋原本嗰間屋賣唔到... 有晚壓力大到跪喺度祈禱... 最後天父安排咗個極度奇妙嘅結果... 順利完成買賣...

如果過唔倒律師樓嘅資金審查,佢唔比你用果筆錢嚟買屋,咁真係會買唔倒🙈
但到時可以試試轉第2間律師樓幫手😜
只怪以前太多某國人大量資金過去,都係黑錢,連匯豐都奶嘢被罰錢,之後各銀行、屋買賣都好嚴。

真係唔知律師樓嘅審查準則係點,後尾我知有啲律師樓係專幫移民嚟嘅客戶處理買屋,然後我問過果邊情況,佢哋話資金審查係1年內,同埋齊晒文件3個月內就可以完成😆
