  • This is my forty-third #whispering only video. In this video I'm unboxing a board game called #snakesandladders . During the video I read the box, open the box and discuss what is inside. I also read and explain the rules to this popular board game. All discussion is done in a quiet whisper. Snakes and Ladders are also called Chutes and Ladders in some countries. Thanks to ‪@robbhays8077‬ and ‪@intel6947‬ for suggesting this video idea. This is an #asmr video, so the purpose is for relaxation. Brought to you by #HisAustralianVoice Channel / ‪@hisaustralianvoice‬

I've just done a quick search, as I've never heard or seen this game before. It does look like an interesting game that I would like to play. So, if I can find this board game, I'll make a video. Thanks for the suggestion!!

Remember having a version with a massive snake on square #98 that would take you back to square #2 😆🐍

At 12:43 there is the answer to the snake-myth. It doen't matter where the tail or the mouth is. You move down from the higher numbered square the snake touches to its other, lower numbered end. :)

I loved this game growing up we used to always play the rule of your counter can bounce back towards the end Instead of just rolling a certain number to win as it was fun watching someone almost winning then going back on themselves and going down a snake giving you the chance to overtake quick.. Not so fun when it was you 😂 thanks for the amazing video and have a brilliant holiday

Great video, never have trouble falling asleep! I don't know if you still take video ideas but if they sell hanafuda cards in Australia maybe do a hanafuda look at? I've always been intrigued by the drawings on the cards and the games you can play with them!

About the "great snake debate" the rules are actually clear. Its states "HELPED by ladders and HINDERED by snakes." So by that wording snakes would only go backwards and ladders skip forward. Hope this helps.

Awesome video. In support of the snake argument, I’d say that players slide down the snakes, so it doesn’t matter what direction the snake is pointing as long as the player moves down the board.
Though, under the interpretation that the player moves through the snake (digested, say) then I’d say the snake’s orientation matters quite a bit. I think either interpretation could be a lot of fun!
