I never saw good examples of using this rubber (or its predecessor) in OX near table. I guess there are a lot of better options for play near the table. In my shop 99% of buying this rubber is a sponge version, OX is extremely rare.
For OX long pips, Tibhar Grass D.Tecs is better than Curl P1V. Curl P1V is less on disruptive nature, a more balance on defence/attack rubber, thus most of the time with sponge.
