@@free_at_sea Both of which are good trades for the foreseeable future. ToonSquid is a simpler but still very powerful way to produce. A few pieces of artwork arranged in layers of symbols…that’s efficient. Your video was very helpful. Squid is gonna be big…you might be onto something here. 🤔🍷🎩🎩🎩

As far as improvements I think you did great. Appealing thumbnail. Short and concise explanation. I think your short form videos are fantastic, and perhaps it would be helpful to watch you combine multiple concepts into a bigger explanation video. The longer form videos are not meant to replace the short form videos you create. It should be a "let's combine things we've learned in other videos" video. Thanks again! 😀

Learned today that toonsquid allows multi-frame markers--so there can be keyable
sub-animations within symbols--wow!

Yea I decreased the music and set the demonstration volume to the max but it still didn’t work :/

See the ghetto key marker library pops up on the right side, why not the real library, the key marker library only works for that scene in one project, i need a symbol library that looks like the key marker library.
is there a way to import pre made mouths into the markers instead of drawing them?
Good it showed me how it works but when I use a new symbol it move down then I move it up and the rest get moved away
Quick question how do I make the mouths with the chart on the screen I have to unsee the chart to draw my lips/mouths
Hi. I did all that you have done in this video and I finally understand. Thank you for that. I do have a question though. If I wanted to make another animation with the same lips do I have to do all this again? Do I have to do this for every animation I make? Is there no way that you can save the lips?
I struggled with this as well! If I want make another animation with lip syncing I usually duplicate the animation and delete everything apart from the lips.

Top left corner in the canvas is the symbols name; press that.
How do you split a drawing 🥺
Select it then select it again and it again then a few options should come up.
If anyone can do this for me I will pay
