Hi there! If you are using a Clover Station Duo, the device goes into sleep mode after a certain time of inactivity. This could be what you are experiencing.
Warning!: if you run a restaurant and/or bar and need to preauthorize cards to start a "bar tab" this cannot be done on a Clover Dou station. Ridiculous!

If we start choose language for Enlish , we wanna to change to different languages is it possible to changes

That's not true. We use a Duo and are able to pre-auth cards. Check your Dashboard to see if you have that option enabled.
