This performance is one of the reasons why she is headed to the finale on The Voice! Her singing voice is indescribable. She has the ability to make you cry, while telling such a believable story. This performance and the ambience in the room helped set the tone in her vocals. She’s sublime and my favorite on The Voice. She gave me chills singing this song. Can’t wait till she gives this song another try Live on The Voice. It should quiet the room, as well being the showstopper; well, being one of them, anyway. Lots of talent on the top 12 this year!! This is one of really good seasons, especially with Lila in it! You go girl!!!
Her original songs are what will make her a musical success. I'm still singing her original audition song. She does great renditions of other songs, but her original music is the best.

I believe that because of the voice someone has noticed you and will help you go to that next level of stardum. You will be a house hold name and a star . This is really gorgeous. Please don’t take this negatively … but the performances on The Voice have not been this quality, clear and crisp. This is in tune, the nuances are additive, and this is something I would listen to again and again. While performances on the voice have been unique and everyone does love them … it feels like you are getting lost in the stylization and, for me, that pulls your performances flat, seemingly out of tune. I want to love them … but I couldn’t listen to them again. (Try listening to Lauren Daigle’s Christmas program. You might understand what I mean from that. She’s relying too much on her stylized voice and it pulls the songs to an unlistenable place.). What I am saying, while critical of the voice performances, is how lovely your voice sounds here and how perfect this sound is for you!! Do THIS!!!
