If I made my own idea of an idea but someone already thought of the same and it was published first and it is copyrighted I’ll not publish it on the internet, and I’ll just keep it to my self and to whom I trust ( I thought of it anyway).

Do not send! Unless with a reputable publisher. If you have these ideas create the stories/comics whatever first, then get it published professionally.
